Unfortunately the picture I received of my wedding were not to a professional standard and missing many photos. We waited almost 8 weeks for this? We've tried contacting to receive some of our important photos but no responses in days. Some photos were a botch job edit to change faces. We gave so much money and now I feel like shit because our wedding got shitty photos. I could have got better photos out of my iPhone.

My husband and I absolutely adored working with Daniel at Elegant Events. From the moment we met Daniel, we knew we were in good hands. Throughout the process, the team at Elegant was communicative, transparent, and very fair. Daniel spent 2hrs with us to bang out a bulletproof day-of timeline, which helped calm our week-of jitters. On the day of our wedding, we had unexpected weather (snow in March, can you believe), which fully changed the music setup. Daniel brought backup equipment and completely rerouted his system to accommodate a 160 person wedding that was meant to be outdoors that was now indoors in an extremely tight space. This required a DJ setup in 3 different locations on-site. In addition, despite a coordinator who did not show up until it was close to ceremony time, Daniel and his team took initiative to step up in that person's place to keep the show moving. Without Daniel and his team, we are confident our wedding would not have been nearly as successful as it was. We will definitely sing Elegant's praises for years to come. Thanks so much Daniel!
