El Zumitos Juice Bar

While I'm away on vacation, I try my hardest to locate a spot and drink a fresh pressed green veg juice before breakfast to get the most concentrated dose of vitamins and minerals. Since I haven't had coffee in close to 20 yrs, drinking a fresh pressed juice gives me an energy boost to kickstart my day in the a.m. As a heads up, Zumitos is located at the Mercado San Agustin in Tucson. But do know that Zumitos is actually inside Presta Coffee Roasters. Service was great from the folks here, they use quality ingredients and menu is crystal clear. There's a variety of fresh pressed juice options and smoothies- all prepared in a clean and hygienic space where you can see the juice (or smoothie) preparation right before your eyes. What's also nice is that you can customize your beverage by adding extra ingredients or adjusting them.

Excellent juices. Excellent cut fruit. Minus one star for the rude server. Botched up my order, didn't like being told so. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Oh yea! I will definitely be back for mores. The #1 smoothie had a perfect blend of berries. Next time will add the protein powder for the boost. The El Verde with pineapple was delicious. $5 for 16 oz./$7 for 24 oz. Enjoy!

The juice is so fresh and they make it right in front of you. I like the el verde. I do wish the other drinks have kale as well. The customer service is great and the area is cute!

Everything is fresh and made to order, even the agua frescas! Located inside the Mercado San Augustin, near Presta Coffee, it is also very affordable - $5 is a fantastic price point for the quality. The mango agua fresca was not too sweet and made fresh with real mango. Smoothie #4 had a funky taste with the tajin, watermelon, and mango.

Fresh fruit, huge portion and great price!! First time eating an escamocha I go for morning runs and then end here for a healthy fruit breakfast. Love it

I was skeptical of the handful of 5 star reviews, ie were they just from friends and family and why so few since it's in a space with lots of other establishments. The menu and prices intrigued me. And of course, it's a small business, which I prefer to support. All I can say is wow. I make a ton of smoothies and order them when I travel. The fruit tastes fresh vs frozen and there are no discernible fillers. I had the number 4, which is mango, watermelon, pineapple, lime and tajin. Delicious! And at $5, plus $0.50 for a credit card, it's the best value. And you will be rewarded with a super fresh tasting smoothie too!

Excellent service! I had the #2 smoothie and added peanut butter. She was quick and made sure that I liked the smoothie after I tried it. My friend had the #5 and she asked if we wanted chamoy in it to make it even more tasty - and it was! Adorable spot tucked into a very cute storefront that also has retail, coffee, and 2 bakeries. Would definitely come back, great value!

I'm currently on the hunt for the best mangonadas in Tucson and this place has a pretty solid one! Consistent results every time and great mango taste. Other places can taste just like spicy water if not enough mango is added but haven't found that to be the case here. Great service and will definitely be back for my fourth mangoyada!

I love the open court yard in the middle. We arrived near closing time and they were gracious enough to serve us. Thank you!
