This place is excellent. Options for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike, this is quintessential Sonoran cuisine and El Sinaloense does it best. We come for a quick and convenient bite when a craving hits, and they have plenty of seating, lights, and an awning to accommodate diners any time of day or year. They even offer the cart for rent, and we have hired them for parties in the backyard,which is always a hit!The standard dog comes with lots of toppings already, which you can personalize to your liking, and there's also a cooler with additional toppings like cheese, mushrooms, avocado cream, hot sauce, etcDon't forget to grab a drink, there's bottled options and fresh agua frescas and horchata too.

Lives up to the hype. No frills joint- some picnic tables, coolers with condiments and drinks, some chips- nothing fancy, keepin it simple! The hot dogs are fantastic- I don't know what bread they use, but it's stellar. Nice and toasty! I had two hot dogs just to make sure the first one wasn't a fluke- they both passed quality control!I may need to get a couple more before I leave this place...

I researched places to eat while in Tucson and this stall came up a lot on my search. They are Sonoran style hot dogs which are bacon wrapped hot dogs on a toasted bolillo bun which is like a mini baguette.The hot dog was so good and buried in all the toppings that I forgot if it was bacon wrapped or not. I just remembered saying it's like having a Costco Hot Dog but Sonoran style. It was that good!The location is on a gravel lot with parking. It's under a sturdy steel tent with tables. Dress warm on cold nights as it gets windy.These dogs are great as a snack or meal. Totally hit the spot and worth a try! All the toppings made every bite flavorful that we didn't need to add any sauces.

OMG! So freaking good! I will even go all the way to Tucson to get it ! Addicted to these bad boys! Best Sonora Dog in Tucson ! Im not even a hot dog person and I would do anything for one of these!

Every food blog and trip advice post I read about Tucson raved about El Sinaloense Sonoran Hot Dogs. This is my second visit to Tucson. First time I went to El Sinaloense 3 times and this time 1 time. So good. A bacon wrapped hot dog in a fluffy bun with tomatoes, onions, beans , peppers , hot sauce and crema. Also some add ins like cheeee, mushrooms, other hot sauce and such. No frills and inexpensive. A must try.

I loved the horchata as I waited for my hotdog, but I have to say, I looked for the hotdog! It is the skinniest, shortest hotdog I have ever seen. Tasty but I am used to seeing a larger and longer dog and thus was surrounded by too much bread. Toppings okay but wished more.

Came with my cousin a few weeks ago. He drove down from Tempe! I asked if he wanted to try a Sonoran dog since he never had one and he loved it!! This place is so solid we dined in and it was nice to see they had a hand-wash station. We added cheese, green salsa and guacamole crème form the chilled toppings bar in the cooler. Amazing as always!!!!

This was our 2nd stop on our culinary tour. And, it was probably the best Sonoran style dog I have ever had!The dog itself seemed beefier and tastier than other Sonoran dogs I've had. The toppings were streamlined just like the last spot (stuff wasn't so packed to the gills that it started spilling everywhere) and everything worked well. By far and away though, the standout here is the bun! This thing is so damn good! Its toasted perfect on each and every side, crispy and buttery. Never had a better hot dog bun in my life. It reminded me of like Sizzler cheese bread but in hot dog bun form. So damn good! 2 man operation, the guy cooking the dogs, and another guy taking money and prepping items. Service was great! Super friendly guys! Would definitely come back if I lived here, and will even make a special trip back down here soon just for these dogs. They were fantastic!

This is the best food money can buy. I ate here once a week during my decade in Tucson and leads the list of the things I miss most about The Old Pueblo.

Great Sonoran hot dogs. Super helpful, friendly and fast service. Amazing! . So good!
