I checked in to this location for a wedding and was very pleased! At first, when I arrived at night, I was very apprehensive due to the lighting in the area. When I woke up in the morning and met the staff and got started with my day I felt like I was in a dream! Everyone and everything around here is so nice! If your coming to oracle as a tourist like myself, this is one of the better hotels/ranches to stay at My friends that stayed around the area were in awe when visiting this location. It's so pretty and theirs so many tourist photo areas

We were here for a wedding in the heat of the summer. The rooms were well cooled but the venue otherwise was a little warm (breakfast space, bar area). That being sad it was a beautiful place to have a wedding and the staff was great. It is a little out of the way but I think that's part of the charm for the place. To quickly summarize it was beautiful but warm and isolated, if you are closer to the area I would definitely recommend it but when adding in travel from another state it can be taxing.

It is a great place for hosting workshops. Reasonable rates. Wonderful food!!! Amazing grounds with lots of birds in the background. Mission architecture with covered verandas for relaxing in the shade. Trees with strategic benches--another way of relaxing in nature. It is also possible to stay in a room at ERR when there aren't workshops. Rooms are available with or without kitchens. There are paths on the property and beyond. If you like going off paths and aren't good at remembering your way back (like me), consider taking your phone for GPS.Lots of photo opportunities on and off the property. place for hosting workshops. I stayed here for almost a year while trying to find a house in Tuscon. At first it's amazing. It's away from major cities, perfect location, perfect views and really relaxing vibes. However, my experience wasn't all smiles. Started with a cockroach infestation. They were everywhere. The next day they sprayed my house and put some traps down. There was a hole in the wall behind the fridge where they were coming from and the owner hands my husband a sealant gun and says do it yourself. Theres no maintenance man. They would ask a resident to fix things but he didn't really fix anything that well. Temporary fixes that don't last. The manager is supposed to tell you when events around the property were happening but she never did. The one event she told us about had wrong information on it. After 6 months the owner raised the rent by a few hundred making it harder for us to afford it but we were stuck there due to the cost of gas and everything else. You're an hour away from the nearest grocery store and gas was almost at $5 a gallon. They were nice to let us split rent but it honestly should of never been raised considering you're basically camping in a shed. The house had no installation, all the ac would go out through the walls and windows during the summer and same with the heat in the winter. We were constantly uncomfortable. The windows were plexiglass. It was nice that the place was furnished but everything was on its last leg. The 30 year old furniture needs to be replaced. The couch's leather was peeling and we asked if we could get a cover for it but never happened. We were almost meant to get a microwave but that never happened. Scorpions and cockroaches everywhere. No wifi internet like advertised. No signal at all, you have to drive off property down the street to get your phone to work. That sucked when trying to find a job asap. They claim they have a laundry room for the guests but it's hard to use it when the staff use it for themselves all day and night. All the housekeepers would come back at night to use the laundry machines so we really had to fight to use them. Some of the staff were nice. The housekeepers were always fighting. The Staff barely took care of the landscaping. Someone would come up with a weed Wacker, do about 45% of the front yard and then disappear. It's really weird here. Everything is on its last leg and the owners have given up. It's a shame because the ranch has high potential but it's too run down to enjoy.

I had a great stay at El Rancho Robles. Laura was excellent. She was always helpful and easy to get ahold of. The place was quiet and peaceful. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is the pool was down. This could have been due to Covid but it was a bummer because we were wanting to swim. I will tell you if I come back I will be staying there again.

The facilities are fantastic, and it's a great location for any number of events. The accommodations on the other hand are subpar. I'm giving it two stars for the accommodations. Cleanliness standards, and quality of the beds, linens, etc... are less than desirable. If your plans are to come here to hike, zip line, hunt and explore...this is a step up from camping and you might enjoy it. If you're looking for anything more than that you might be disappointed. Other than the actual accommodations this is a fantastic venue, beautiful location, and very helpful, friendly staff/owners.

Attended a friend's wedding here recently and was really impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming/laid-back and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. All of the wedding party had a great time, and it was nice having everything--pre-wedding prep, hangout time, meals, photos, ceremony, reception, after-party, etc.--all in one place. For the most part, there was not the usual stress and hustle and bustle of other weddings; all of the family and friends stayed at the ranch and had plenty of time and space to just relax and have good conversations. The event was how it should be; the focus was completely on celebrating the couple and having a great time. The only weak point I can think of was the pool (above-ground/a tad on the small side, but works fine and is certainly not a deal-breaker). Lastly, the venue is freaking gorgeous and the climate is ideal, day and night.

Amazingly special weekend retreat. I have stayed at the venue for both work and pleasure. Amazing location. A bit cooler than Tucson, shade all around, a place to watch the stars and enjoy a bonfire. Each room is full of special touches. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this place last weekend looking for a quiet getaway with my wife. We checked in on a Friday evening where the person at the office said a spiritual group that did book the whole resort doing a spiritual retreat. They said they would be playing some music but it shouldn't be a problem. We walked around the grounds and the place is cute. Then coming from building not 50 feet from my room was very loud Middle Eastern music. I went to the office to address my concerns The music was very loud and offensive and would not be fun to stay there or a quiet and relaxing. She said she cannot have the people turn down the music because they paid. My counter was since I paid can I play music very loud that would be offensive to them. The music was so obnoxious my wife and I decided to go to dinner in town. We came back and the music played until almost 9 PM. Saturday morning the music started in right before 7:30 AM making it impossible to sleep-in. This was no spiritual retreat these people are more like a cult and did not make our stay relaxing. I attempted to call Zack who originally made our reservations but they never answer the phone or return my calls.
