What's not to like? Ice cold, right from-the-fridge avocado with black rot, iffy lettuce taking up most of the space and packed into a two-day-old dried out flour tortilla, with chopped up flavorless chicken that's been sitting around for hours or days. No sauce on two of three tacos and almost enough cheese to find if you dig around the lettuce innards with a fork long enough. We tossed most of it in the trash on our way out. This is both a management problem and an employee problem. These people obviously have no pride in their work or interest in serving customers.

Fresh fast and delicious with extremely reasonable prices you get quite a lot of food for what you pay for also. You don't always want fried chicken. This is the perfect place to go for moist delicious grilled chicken. I opted for the original chicken bowl and added guacamole. There was definitely more than enough food to share. I couldn't finish it all.Looking forward to return to get their two piece mail combo that comes with two sides as I was waiting for my food. Everyone's food was coming out looked amazing friendly staff clean environment.

Really, this place can kick some serious butt when all the stars align. We've had great food here most of our visits with the occasional hiccup.Yep, it's a corporate chain eatery throughout the Southwest but when they're on, it's surprisingly excellent. Their grilled chicken can be savory and the price is right if you're looking for healthy food below $10. Plus they often have some killer $5 deals that defy logic. The rice and tortillas are always fresh!This is a refreshing and affordable alternative to the heavy cheese and sauce soaked Mexican that is prevalent around Tucson.

Don't come through, they close at 10pm not 11pm even though it says 11. Got there at 9:50pm, no one answered the intercom for 10min. Went inside to ask whoever that was like what was up, and they said we close in 5 min and I said "well I drove over here because it says you guys close at 11" like you can't make this up it's on your page.Pregnant. Disappointed. Wasted my gas & time, everything in turn was shutting down so I was fucked on anything else to get that night that wasn't someone's McDonalds or In-n-Out.

This place is your typical El Polo Loco and you can't go wrong! What makes this place 5 starts is the service and the cleanliness of the establishment. Our server was very professional and on top of her game and the food came out quick.

Just went to this pollo loco and waited in the lobby for 10 min and nobody came out to take order. It is very disappointing to go to a restaurant and not get any take care of your order. That is stilling from the company because we wanted a big order and we just walked out.

Idk who's working the drive through but they were pretty rude! After we asked for a chicken family meal we were answered with someone saying in the nastiest tone "we're out of chicken" like if they were annoyed we ordered chicken...at pollo loco .
