I hadn't eaten here in almost two years because it's somewhat out of my way. I am happy that I did eat here. I had the best chicken lunch I have had in awhile. I was hungry and if you follow my reviews I always order more than I can eat to get a better sampling to post an accurate review. I ordered the new family dinner that comes with 8 pieces of chicken, a large side salad, large beans, large Spanish rice, corn or flour tortillas, and three churro's. That chicken was moist and the outside skin was crispy and flavorful. I don't usually eat the skin but today I made the exception. Yum. Three pieces of that meal disappeared so quick. I tried the beans next and the beans were new and smelled so good. I ate like 5 spoonful. Next came the Spanish rice and it was average nothing to special so I took like three bites. The three pieces of chicken got me so full, and I never got to the salad, but it looked like it could be fresh with the vegetables. Ok I had to take a small bite of one churros. The churro had good flavor and was warm and fresh. So I call this a good eat, and if they continue or have been making their chicken like this I say it's a good eat and worth the stop. P.S. the food didn't go to waste my co-workers ate it like they were starving zombies!

Very disappointed! The food is delicious but their portions suck! I ordered a double chicken tostada and we got little protein, and beans. It was mostly lettuce and rice. Over priced for what you get!I did let them know about my dissatisfaction and all I got was sorry, and nothing else.In other words move on, I don't care or want to hear it.I wasn't looking for free food I was hoping to hear "I'll bring this up with the manager or they'll look into the quality control".

Been coming here for the last 12 years to the one in Tucson Arizona, but I've been coming to El pollo in general from here in California over 20. Years love their food. We have very good service here sometimes. The cashiers were in a bad mood, so I tried to make them smile gotta. Be in a happy place to be in customer service foods always great here. The taste is really delicious. We usually get the family pack and share. But i love the BRC.

My wife and I recently came here to have lunch and our experience was not pleasant we came to try the new pit bulls and our order was made accurately but as we were ordering in the Drive-Thru window the staff member who was female kept rushing us to get our order placed even though we had more things we wanted to purchase and did not feel comfortable because we were rushed then when we got to the window to pay for our food the lady called me the man sweetheart in front of my wife and it was very disrespectful customer service should be professional at all times and connotations like baby sweetheart dear or hun or never appreciated on top of all that the chicken in our food was very Bland no salt and pepper at least the food was fresh but just had no taste all in all it wasn't worth the trip and I see why we don't patronize this place often

I think the food had been made hours before, chicken was dry and overdone, Mac and cheese wasn't great, neither was the rice. The tortillas were like cheap grocery store tortillas. I got this to go. If I had gone inside to eat I would have returned it.

No air conditioning! Everyone was sweating in that facility. The owner should have an air conditioning on. If you're gonna eat there , don't go to that Pollo Loco on broadway.
