Einstein Bros. Bagels

Stopped on a Sunday morning to grab breakfast. The location is super convenient on the U of A campus. The staff was super nice. Unfortunately, they took nearly 20 minutes to prepare the order - then we realized they missed part of our order. Another 15 minutes later and we got the missing item. Only to realize a few minutes later that they messed up the items on a breakfast sandwich. So yeah, over 36 minutes to get 3 bagels and an incorrect breakfast sandwich.

This location is so chaotic. There's no line to order so it doesn't look busy, but there are throngs of people waiting in the hallway and outside at the back door for orders placed in person and through Grub Hub. Things are coming out out of order, there's tons of unclaimed food and it took 30 minutes to get my bagel out.Update: I wouldn't worry about me - I'm not coming back and more importantly you have an average 2 stars out of 28 reviews! I would suggest that whoever is in charge workflow and procedures should take another crack at that and I don't know what those poor kids are being paid but I would ask corporate to do better by them. They're paying $15 over at Panda Express.

Stopped for the first time since moving to Casa Grande, and actually the first time I've stopped in about a year. While Einstein's was never 'the' place for bagels and was always highly over-rated, now they're just an embarrassment. The bagel was small, pale, very little 'everything' toppings except for way too much garlic. Skip 'em.

Service is absolutely terrible. 30 minutes to get a bagel and it food wasn't even made right.

Update: The restaurant just called me and gave me a full refund of my entire order. I am thankful for this as I place a lot of orders through this restaurant and the bagels are delicious. Previous complaint: I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a large iced tea. I filled my cup with ice and iced tea from the dispenser. The iced tea dispenser is filled with coffee. Yuck! I despise coffee. I went to the counter to ask if they had iced tea behind the counter as the tea dispenser is filled with coffee. No, they don't have iced tea? They intentionally filled an iced tea dispenser with coffee??? I asked for a refund. As I placed my order on a Grub Hub kiosk I have to get a refund from Grub Hub. No refund from Grub Hub either as I did not use my Grub Hub email to place the order.

Took 22 minutes and all I ordered was a bagel toasted with cream cheese and my bagel wasn't even toasted and it had not enough cream cheese. Terrible service

Only giving a one star because there was no 0 star option. First off I ordered spinach and onions on my sandwich and neither came on it, I also asked for it to be double toasted, which I then received the bagel not toasted at all.

The food is great, typical Einstein Bagel Quality and taste. The service is bad, the workers are slow and inefficient, there is almost never a line to order but they get extremely backed up and I have waited over an hour for my food on a regular basis. Orders are often wrong or missing items. Takes meal swipes so it's still a decent location if it's not backed up.

This Einsteins absolutely sucks. Wrong order EVERY time. Rude as he'll staff EVERY time. No excuse. The I ownership will reply to poor reviews with B.S. response stating how this isn't the exoerience they want customers to have blah blah blah, and to share feedback via a different link. How about you simply acknowledge the problem here and now, and actually commit to improving things NOW!?!We will never go back to this dump.

Had to drop off my son the a day wait for him. So I went into Einstein's for a cup of coffee and bagel, while putting cream in my coffee a mouse ran by my feet...Ready was not hungry after that....I told the young lady about what had happen and she said it happens all the TIME.
