Disappointing Service and Unwelcoming Attitude at Drive-ThruMy recent experience at this Eegees' drive-thru left a bitter taste in my mouth, and it had nothing to do with their frozen treats. The woman taking orders at the drive-thru window sounded like she would rather be anywhere else but there, displaying an unfriendly and bothered demeanor throughout the entire transaction.From the moment we pulled up to the speaker, it was evident that this employee lacked any semblance of customer service skills. Her responses were curt and lacked any hint of friendliness. It was as if we were inconveniencing her by placing an order. After each item we ordered, her robotic and annoyed voice would chime in with a monotonous "anything else?" that made us feel like we were burdening her with our choices. We decided to end our order and take our business elsewhere.It comes as no surprise that the reviews for this particular Eegees store are as low as they are. The abysmal service we received is not in line with the standards I have come to expect from other Eegees locations. It's no wonder that the store was practically empty on a bustling Saturday night in busier area of town.I strongly urge the management of this Eegees location to prioritize customer service training. It's clear that the current staff is not capable of providing a satisfactory customer experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes these criticisms to heart and works towards creating a more customer-centric environment. Until then, I cannot recommend this location. One star because 0/5 is not an option.

Drove up to order. Stuck up attitude from the worker. No greetings nor reasons as to why their location is closed. They need to fix their hours online. The worker could've apologized and said they're closed. All questions were answered with "we're closed" super annoying. Thanks Eegee's you've lost my interest in coming back.

We love Eegee's. It's been great for lunch. 5" Tuna Sub for me, 8'' Italian for husband. Today we went for lunch and there's no 5" Tuna or 8" Italian. Now it's half or whole subs. Way too much for lunch so we ended up throwing away food. I'm sure there was waste on their part with left over bread, but darn it, the sizes were perfect. Now we're on the hunt for another place to get subs for lunch.Eegee's - rethink your decision. You're a Tucson institution and have been successful for 40 years for a lot of reasons. Your food is a bit unique and you catered to what sold well. I'm sorry to leave you......

I bought a kids chicken tender meal (with fries) and a separate medium fry yesterday (9/01/23) at 5:19pm. The only thing my son and I both had that were the same were the fries. He started throwing up at 12:30am and continued to for hours. I started throwing up at 5:30am and hopefully threw up for my last time at 12:30pm. I have eaten there plenty of times before but once I get food poisoning from somewhere I will never recommend them again.

I was the first to review this location when they opened last summer and I was hoping they were just having growing pains. It's 7 months later and they have not matured at all. I have been back several times and it's not any better. They frequently don't have menu items, waits are long, they can't take cash/card, orders are incomplete or wrong. Today we waited in line for 15 minutes before getting to order and AFTER we placed our order were asked if we were paying by card. Told them we had cash and she says "Could you give us exact change ?" Told her no, we had a $20 for an $8.47 order and she says "OK, but I don't think we will be able to give you change". This is it for me. I won't be going back to this location even though it's 5 minutes from my house. I've read the other reviews and I don't think I'm the only one.

So again I'm trying eegees as I always loved eegees until recently. I ordered a grinder and a large fry. The grinder tasted dry and no dressing in it the lettuce was old and soggy. The fries I grew up loving were old and greasy like they were just sitting there and not even salted I hate to day this but ever since eegees went corporate the quality sire has tanked. Hope you all get your act together and get back to what uses to be the best in town

This location consistently has issues and is NOT on level with the other stores in Tucson. For one, they can't make simple changes to orders (like adding buffalo ranch to the tender combo meal) without having a brain aneurism. We gave this location one last chance tonight and ordered for their delivery. This is the amount of COLD fries included in the 4 piece tender meal. This was almost the exact same amount that was given in my childs KIDS meal. They also forgot my drink, so for $12 I got a few cold fries and no drink. We won't be back to this location.
