The Northwest campus has been home to my daughter for the last 2.5 years. I cannot say enough good things about this school. The teachers have been amazing! She finished up her senior year earlier than expected, and still the teachers and staff email her to check in and see how she is doing. They TRULY care about their students. I could go on forever with all the praises I have for them.

My son tried traditional school and struggled. Then during covid we tried online and he lacked discipline in that area. Edge provides an environment which allows self- paced work, flexible assignment due dates and also the one- on- one in case the student needs assistance. It's also a shorter day. I give 5 stars because the principal went out of his way to go above and beyond on many occasions and one particular math teacher exceeded our expectations more than once, and shows they really care about your student succeeding. They will go to great lengths to ensure your child gets everything they need. Although they are extremely liberal and focus a lot on "political correctness", the staff is mostly understanding of all backgrounds and because of its small size, they can stay on top of bullying complaints and do their best to keep everyone focused. If your child has trouble focusing with the longer school days, needs some help but can work independently, has trouble with time management, or has things like special medical issues/ an afternoon job/ a kid, or other things that could hinder their graduation, this is a school that will help them succeed

Edge is a great high school. Walking through the doors anyone can sense there's something different about the place, and anyone knows the difference is good. The environment is positive with small classroom sizes and a self-paced curriculum. Each student takes a one hour elective, and two courses each quarter (students are strongly encouraged to work at steady, productive pace). Each student is only required to go to school 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. The staff is always willing to help with any problem whether the issue is academic or personal. Students move as fast as they are willing to work. I graduated on time in four years, but I have known others who had finished earlier in 2 1/2 years to 3 years. The responsibility to take school seriously relies on each individual student. I have friends who chose Edge because they fell behind at other schools, and once they were in the building (Edge) they had no desire to leave, and they graduated from Edge instead of switching back to their former school.Edge was the first and only high school I went to and if I had to make the choice all over again, I would still choose Edge. My third year at Edge they changed the curriculum and class structure to benefit the students more, and I'm sure they are thinking of more innovative ways to make sure each student is well educated. I graduated in 2010 and received a Pima Merit Scholarship to attend Pima Community College, and I got this scholarship because of them. They encouraged me to apply for it because they want the best for each of their students. I am using the scholarship today. I'm in my second semester at college, in fact, I'm typing this review at the Computer Commons, at West PCC Campus.Anyone who's been home-schooled in all grades up to high school, Edge would be a great school to build an appetite for socializing if the home-schooled decides to go college. If a student is falling behind and wants to catch up on credits, Edge is great for that as long as the student's work ethic is strong, and WARNING: Once you enroll in Edge you will not want to enroll anywhere else. Or if any student wants something new, give Edge a try, whether it's the first high school or the third. Remember, one shoe does not fit all, but Edge happens to make all sorts of shoe sizes.

Let me tell you, I'm a junior at Edge high school. I highly recommend this school for kids who are trying to earn credits in a fast manor or kids who are trying to just graduate early. I have been from schools to schools trying to get away from rumors & harassment. This school is the first one I feel safe in. Little to no problems with the other students. Smaller class sizes. Teachers who listen & care & will work with you one on one.

Edge High School is truly an amazing school. Not only did they help me graduate on time, but they provided support in real life situations such as helping with job and college applications, teaching time management and budgeting techniques and most importantly leading students to the correct resources for many real life situations that most teens do not know how to deal with on their own. They work individualy with students to help them achieve their goals and graduate on time. They where not only there for me durning high school, but they have kept their doors open to many alumni who need assistance with any personal and career matters. They weren't just a school, they were a family of staff I could always depend on!
