My husband and I purchased our Encore ROG 12RK from Eastside RV Liquidators and the whole experience was WONDERFUL!This location in Tucson has the best staff to where I felt like I was visiting friends instead of a stuffy dealership.April and Mark were Awesome and communicated each and every step to where I felt so informed and relaxed with our purchase.Todd was patient and thorough when we were filling out the paperwork and was detailed and helpful when it came to signing the contract.Wayne their onsite mechanic genius was the best! He walked around our trailer and tested every button and provided helpful information.He also stayed after hours to help install our brake controller on our jeep before we left. I wish I had hours to express on here my feelings of this entire team at Eastside RV Liquidators but I still feel that wouldn't be enough time!Thank you so much for making our overlanding dream come true!!

This may be a long one, so stick with me, it's amazing at the end. So I'm here from Michigan in my oooooold truck bed camper. Without giving up too much, I've had some health issues and needed something for my soul, I decided a trip was it. Yesterday around 5:00, I stop at Peace Park to refill a small water container with a spigot. I park, and getting organized... I look outside and MY ENTIRE CAMPER ROOF METAL HAD PERLED BACK LIKE A SARDINE CAN! People, this is not in my knowledge base, nor wheelhouse on how to fix. I am a problem solver, I'm a mom, a teacher, I can duct tape and hanger repair with the best of them (Thanks Mum!). Not this. I feel blind with panic, I call Mum, husband. Then I decide to just try to find inner calm and think. I pick my head up, look across the street and there is Eastside RV Liquidators in Tucson. Across the street. So, I grab my wee dog, and I dash across the street. It's 5:20, it says they close at 5 (Luckily I didn't notice and all of my panic.). The door is shut but not latched, I swing it open and come spilling in. Immediately I am tears, uncontrollable high pitch voice begging for help. I tell them my story. These people, I can't even begin to explain. The owners (Mark and his wife), the technicians (the AMAZING Esteban and Frank). ON THEIR OWN TIME, after work, Esteban and Frank fix it for me, with Mark's permission and company. They sent me on errands what I would need, and had me show up at close. They stayed an extra hour and a half to help me, even fixing my vent so it opens, and fixing some stuff inside. Then, Esteban didn't want to accept any money because he knew of my situation. Literally some of the kindest, most stand up men I've met. I had already budgeted money to give him, which he, VERY RELUCTANTLY accepted. What he did has value, I wish I could give him more (Feel free to send Esteban some moola if you can, just for being a great guy!). Then after all of it, he sent me a message thanking me and telling me what an honor it was to meet me. If you need an RV, camper, WHATEVER for your RV or Trailor needs, these are men that you can trust. And that's rare, give them your business. Thank you Esteban, Mark (and wife), and Frank. You made my continued dream a reality, and you reminded me that there is kindness everywhere.

Such a great experience from the moment we walked in the lot. All the staff there are super helpful and informative. Prices are really good and clearly marked for each camper. Absolutely no pressure at any time. Big thanks to April for helping us with the financing! Super Happy and will definitely return and recommend to everyone.

ESL was awesome. We searched for a particular travel trailer that is built in Oregon and they are rare to find down south. The trailer had a repointing it when I inquired but April called me as soon as the deal fell through. We set up a date and time to view and purchase. They had everything ready to go. The trailer was fully detailed and looked as good as described. We were on the road quickly. I strongly recommend them. The carry a lot of top brand name RVs. Will definitely do business with again

We saw an add on Craig's list and were reluctant to stop in since most RV dealers have crazy added fees. Not here.. only Tax title lic and doc. . From the moment we arrived Lisa, Mark, Marty and Don were extremely helpful and not pushy at all. After taking a couple days to decide to make our purchase I wanted to buy new tires for the unit. Lisa had Don take it to Discount tire for us. We are extremely busy and that took a Huge burden off my shoulders. They did an excellent job detailing the camper and making sure everything was in working order. Even sealing the roof. As they were hooking up the camper they noticed the hitch we owned had to be re-adjust No problem... they gladly corrected it. I highly recommend you stop in and take a look around. We upgraded to a bigger travel trailer a couple weeks ago. I wish we would have purchased from them a year ago...we would have picked something that fit our needs better the first time. They have a FANTASTIC team!! The amazing owners are on site. Awesome no pressure sales. The service guys are GREAT at what they do and make sure you are 100% comfortable with everything cosmetic and mechanical before you leave. Very competitive pricing!Would absolutely recommend buying from Eastside RV Liquidators!!

We were traveling from the east in our Rv and decided it was time to sell. Eastside Rv Liquidators was wonderful to work with from the we drove into the lot until it was sold. They made the sale work despite having to wait for title transfers. Very low key professional people.

I wish I could them extra stars! First off their prices are great! We had looked at several prior in our price range and there's a lot of junk out there. .They don't over charge and try to squeeze every last dollar out of you. They all truly care about you as an individual and not just another "sale"April and her entire staff go above and beyond in making sure you have a good experience when purchasing a RV. There's no pressure, things needed to get fixed were addressed. The walk through was excellent. Wayne is extremely experienced and super knowledgeable about everything. Our RV was given a bath on the outside, and inside was thoroughly cleaned and floor was still drying a bit from being mopped. I'm sorry, but I didn't get his gentleman's name. But he also does excellent work. Move in ready! The day we were going to pick it up April noticed that the spare tire didn't look right. I can't remember the term she used. To us it still looked new. Anyway she replaced it. End result from the tire place was that it had actually dry rotted. Gotta love this Arizona Sunshine. Please stop by and see what April and her staff can do to help you find your perfect RV.

I honestly hate all types of dealership and cringe at the idea of talking to salespeople, that being said I can't think of a single thing to say bad about this place and these people, April was amazing and answered all of our questions and gave us an amazing deal on a fantastic trailer. We visited all the usual places while looking for a trailer and decided it was better for us to go with a used one based on what we could get on our budget, we got twice the rv at the same cost as what we could have got new and it's every bit just as nice. The whole process took about a week for us and every time we spoke with them they informed us about something extra they were including at no cost, things we didn't ask for but definately appreciated and really made us feel like they truly care about creating a great customer experience, all while the price for what we were buying was right in line with market value. I would most definately recommend anyone in the market for a good used trailer to check here first. Thanks, Chris and Bea.

Outstanding service and SUPPORT! Mark and April are honest and knowledgeable and we were very comfortable working with them. We were in need of a quick sell and they offered a quick and satisfactory assessment. The service department is also first rate making used models shin like new.. When we buy again we will start with Eastside. Max stars!!
