We we're in search for a gas fire pit. Came to this place and everyone was very friendy. Searched other places but came back. Everyone was so nice and not pushy. Found a pit on sale. Lots of stars!!!!

Went in to Earth Energy's today to discuss an outdoor fireplace issue, looking for ideas, solutions, probably a custom work order for them. The first young lady (McKenzie) was very nice , said it was not her expertise and asked another sales lady to help. The second woman could not have been less interested, kept looking away. At one point my husband started to ask a question and she said "No", before he had even finished the question. She never offered any possible solution, all she could say was "No", If this was also not her expertise, all she had to do was say so, if she was too busy to speak with us, again, all she had to do was say so. Rude. The worst example of customer service I have seen in a long time. Did not get her name as it was never offered, middle aged, blond woman.
