Terrible customer service. If I could give negative stars then this place would be minus 100. The person "helping" us had a terrible attitude and acted as if we were inconveniencing him (the name on the card he gave us was Michael Pinelli, but I'm not sure it was his card. He just scribbled a part number on the back of it for us to take to Napa). We had a few different part numbers we asked about, but after looking up one part number he stopped and told us that he didn't have it and that we should go to go to Napa Auto Parts. I was furious and had to go outside to wait for my husband to finish trying to get him to look up the other numbers (which he did not do).Besides the parts we needed, we were also interested in purchasing a backhoe, but after dealing with the attitude of the parts guy I guarantee that we will NEVER step foot in that place again!

Mitch was very helpful getting an old hydraulic cylinder repaired for me. The cylinder was no longer fabricated, but they found the parts needed to fix the equipment.

I had one of their drivers run me off the road this morning at 8:15am on my way to work going South down I-19. Good thing there was some curb on the left lane for me to swerve to. He had a full size truck and hauling a trailer. I wasn't in a small car! Do they start drinking that early?

My husband and I purchased a tractor for general use on our property, a couple of years ago. When making this purchase, our sales associate, Gordon was more than helpful and answered all of our questions and more! He made sure we received everything we wanted/needed and actually delivered the tractor to our home! Thank you for all your help and for making this purchase so easy! We will definitely be back!
