Dutch Bros Coffee

I have been to different locations and have always had a positive experience. The broistas have been courteous and cool with me even though I have my moments and massacre the drink names. They have a lot of drink options and I usually treat myself with a new drink every time I go, but I do have my favorites. I like the iced vanilla chai latte and their double rainbro iced tea. Today is was the hazelnut mocha truffle.I have definitely a tea/ coffee habit and I'm glad I accrue points for free drinks. I love their sugar free options, I think the drinks still taste good.

Excellent, fast service. The drive thru lines were long so I walked up to the window. I had my iced chai latte within 3 minutes. The guy working the window was so friendly and cheery this morning.

Right across from Tucson Mall. In the same parking lot as Chick-fil-A. Easy access through drive-through or a walk up window.

I would give them minus points if I could what a horrible Dutch brothers. First they get upset if you ask them to repeat order specially if it's a big order then when you go up there, they get your order wrong and have an attitude with you and they messed up. They act like cash is a big deal. Nobody takes responsibility and nobody says thank you. This is a horrible horrible very disrespectfulDutch brothers and I go to all of themSo this is funny, the business replied to this review, but I also said it to feedback at the below address. Why do you respond when you don't even look at your own email I'm not sending it again y'all just need to correct the situation.

I understand that they let the staff wear whatever they want here but looking dirty and unkept doesn't make me want to enjoy my drink. I saw three girls that looked like they hadn't washed their hair in like a week, on top of the dirty and ragged clothes they were wearing.

Dutch Bros is really the only chain coffee shop I will go to in Tucson. I always try to support local, but this is the exception. Everyone is always so friendly, and helpful because I don't really know what to get when I go there. Their menu is a bit intense, but they do have something for everyone. The only issue I have is the last two times I've gone They have left out an ingredient. So I've had to go back and have them fix it, but they are always so great when I do go back they give me my drink plus the one I already had so I walk away with two drinks. I love the golden eagle with added coconut and coconut soft.

The employees at this location take it personal if you ask for changes to your drink. I asked for additional toppings on my drink and the two girls at the order window rudely explained why the drink looked the way it did. I told them I've gotten it previously and never looked like that. The masculine looking girl was so rude my drinks were dirty and over flowing and were not wiped down. I've been drinking Dutch Bros longer than you've worked here please have respect to paying customers. Please retrain employees, I will no longer be leaving tips ahead of time. Lousy employees ruin tips for others and the experience for customers.

SLOW!!! The drive through was pretty long, as usual for a Dutch Bros, so we parked and ordered at the window. With only a group of people before us, it took over 15 minutes to get our drinks. I have NEVER had service that slow at a Dutch Bros!!! Even when there are long lines at the walk up window it is faster than that. Also while waiting for our drinks, an employee was eating pizza and then when he made eye contact with us he walked into the back. Why was he eating out where they make the drinks? Be warned.

Was in the area and wanted to use my birthday drink. Cleared service hasn't improved since the last time I visited this location. Also probably don't want employees outside in our record heat today. If I could do zero stars I would.Go to any other location in the country.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because, at the minimum it had decent drinks. The wait is insane!!! Hire more people. You guys can afford it. Not only is it ridiculous to ask customers to wait this long, but it is hazardous to your employees. To have one person currently serve the maybe 20 cars in line is so greedy. Management needs to get it together. Very unfair and cruel practices from this greedy location.
