What's not to love about Dutch Bros? Great drinks, friendly service, and fair prices in relation to competitors.

We received great service at this location on Sunday 5/28. Both employees that we interacted with, the girl who took our order outside and the employee that handed us our drink at the window were both cheerful and happy. We even got a "thank you for coming" from another employee that we could not see from the window. Oh and the drink was great per usual Dutch Bro drinks.- Ocean water rebel with white chocolate, yummm.

Their seasonal drinks are amazing. My toddler had a kids chocolate milk with whipped cream and loved it. Muffin tops were yummy. Customer service was 10/10! Drinks came out in literally 3 minutes!

Stop by in this location, the line is not very long so the wait is very acceptable.Friendly & quick service.But the drink is almost bland, almost couldn't taste the tea. Can only taste ice water with peach syrup.

These girls and guys are Rockstars. Never had a bad drink. I actually kind of try to stay away from it because I'm hooked and would drink 345 of these a day if I could, but due to medical reason can't, but it is a treat for me once a week to have one and at this location they are cheery and wonderful suggestive don't Expect a tip, but always so happy to see a tip. when my puppy comes with me, he gets a puppy cup. I love this location. The best out of all of I've been to, and I stopped using Starbucks as it's me I find more expensive than Dutch Brothers.

This was my first visit to Dutch Bros and there was a Starbucks right across the street. I am glad I tried them. The lady working the drive thru was awesome! When I told her it was my first time she welcomed me and made some recommendations. I went with one of the things she recommended (I can't remember the name but it had vanilla and caramel in it) and a muffin top. The coffee was delicious. Great flavor, not too sweet and slightly strong...just like I like it. I really loved how friendly the barista was. Customer service goes a long way and I will definitely try Dutch Bros again.

I've dropped by this particular dutch bros location a handful of times. The customer service is great! The employees go above and beyond to get your order right. The wait is generally 5-10 mins from start to finish so that's decent! When I dropped in this past Wednesday 9/07/22 they were giving out the infamous dutch bro stickers. Also, I tried the caramel pumpkin brulee breve freeze with soft top and opted for the sugar free caramel. Its officially my favorite next to the sugar free double torture (extra double shot vanilla mocha) & sugar free molten lava (cinnamon/dark chocolate). I will definitely come by again and again but seldomly because it's kind of pricey. With tip, your drink is just shy of ten dollars.

My first visit was so extraordinary that I'm guessing it is impossible to maintain such a high level of service. Today I placed my coffee order and I'm happy the guy who took my order repeated it back to me because he captured it incorrectly. I'm okay with that because he double checked; the problem is my drink still came out wrong. Although they did remake my drink, it just seemed if they focused more on quality, this type of thing would not happen. I have a gift card and once my balance is used up, I probably won't return.

I'm not saying that all businesses need to take Apple Pay, but any brand new businesses going in should probably consider keeping up with the times and utilize current technology for their customers and target market. Yes it is my fault that I forgot my wallet at home and that's OK because I can usually use my watch or phone to pay for things at Walgreens or Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks but they couldn't save me on opening day. I'm also not a huge fan of the level of overfamiliarity that the employees take with customers. It's unnatural and uncomfortable and you should know the limits and boundaries of people that you don't know. You're a stranger paid to make me coffee, not climb in my car and be my pretend best friend.Rant over. Coffee is not terrible but doesn't stand apart from anything else.
