Dutch Bros Coffee

i've been going to this dutch bros for 3 years and i have yet to have a bad experience. the workers are great with controlling the drive through to ensure that no one is cutting and everyone gets their drinks. each worker is always super nice and makes going to dutch a joyful experience. i'm not a big talker, but the workers are always great with asking if i have any plans or what im doing today. i'd like to single out one worker, alexa, who truly makes this dutch bros location what it is. alexa is a bright ray of kindness shining down on the speedway dutch bros. not to mention the speed of her drink making abilities are electric. she's able to balance making the drinks and keeping up with a conversation all at once. her recommendations always fit the taste i was looking to quench. this is definitely one of the best dutch bros i've been to here on the west coast. keep on dutchin,howard

I love chai latte's and was interested in trying a different version. I saw that Dutch Bros has a banana bread chai latte. Came to the speedway location and met Brooklyn who was very cheerful, informative, and efficient. I was able to get a free medium banana bread chai latte with oat milk and cinnamon by downloading the app. Thank you, Brooklyn! The drink is incredible.

Unfortunately it's pretty much a drive up or grab and go. Usually a small seat outside. No inside. Service is fairly quick considering the line. Good selection of coffee which is not burnt or bitter tasting. Still haven't found the perfect mix of sugar syrup for my iced latte but I'll get it down as I will be back.

I'd heard a lot of good things about Dutch Bros so I decided to finally check it out for myself... and the rumors are all true. GREAT customer service CRAZY assortment of drinks SUPER friendly vibe The drive thru is well organized and Sierra was knowledge and helpful in choosing from their large menu. Dylan working cashier was amazing. I only waited 1- 2 mins for my drink... and they even took the time to write a fun note on the lid. I now see why people love being part of the Dutch Mafia and I think they're always welcoming new members... go check it out!

I absolutely love the Tricky Trea iced lemonades so refreshing. Always super friendly service!

This is the BEST dutch bros stand in AZ. The drinks: excellent. The environment: hip. The service: AMAZING. If you get service from Dylan you will be a lucky goose, he is the very best Dutch Bros employee in the entire tri state area. It's like a coffee and soda making alien came down from space to bless us with espresso speed and sugary quality. Highly recommend.

I've come to this location many times. To order for my employees because they love dutch. I have never had this bad of service. Normally the girls are super fun and our orders are perfect. If I say something is off and not correct, then it is. How are u going to have someone else come out (I'm assuming the manager) and ask what's going on, double check my order, and then tell me to pay and gaslight me. Do not try to educate me on my order when I know what I ordered and just admit you didn't measure correctly. Anyone with eyes could tell my cup was closer to half full than full. As someone who Manages a store, this was simply unacceptable.

During my trip to Dutch Brothers on the speedway location I had ordered two drinks. The first one being the nitro cold brew and it was completely full with ice and didn't taste great. The vanilla iced chai was more ice than vanilla or oat milk and I took four big sips and my drink was gone. Look I get it, it's 98 degrees in Tucson and Dutch brothers cares about our body temperature, but I don't need that much ice in my chai latte I carry a water bottle.

I was going through Tucson back to California and I am so glad I stopped here. I've never had Dutch Bros coffee before and the only disappointing thing was there aren't in San Diego to get more. This coffee was so smooth and not bitter. Definitely better than Starbucks.

Busy location and an awkward entrance from a busy main road. The service was as fast as the young lady could take orders... she was super sweet and respectful saying "yes ma'am" to any request I had on my coffee, and explaining how I could change the sweetness level etc. Just next time call all ladies "miss" not "ma'am" lol as it makes us hip and happ'nnnn chicks feel old. The young lady at the window was super sweet and started a quick convo about her having two exams the next day .... Made the conversation seem genuine. Coffee turned out the perfect sweetness level. A cold brew with a tad of pumpkin flavor with soft top, a water cup and I was on my way. Thank you for great customer service!
