Dunkin'

The food is always the same, it tastes as if the grill and fryers haven't been cleaned since opening. If you think you'll be biting into the sandwich and get a burst of delectable breakfast flavors, you get gristle. Literally buy jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches and you'd be happier with your purchase.

I get food/coffee here daily. They are out of maple donuts at like 9am 90 percent of the time. They need to prepare for more or stop selling full boxes to the Jesus cattle on Sundays.

Update - We tried again and are missing multiple items from our order. This is literally the worst coffee shop we have frequented in terms of consistency and order accuracy. Extremely disappointing.

They never have any donuts.. if they do actually have some they are out of the ones you want. It's weird because you think with a name like Dunkin DONUTS they would have them all the time.. and would have more variety. They are more of a coffee/drink place. The place is very nice and clean, the employees are very nice as well.

Sooo slow. It has taken far too long the last several times I've ordered on the mobile app. Today it took 18 minutes for me to get my iced coffee. You order ahead so you don't have to wait so long and yet the people ordering in line we're getting their orders faster. There is definitely a glitch in the way they are making orders.

We only come to this location because of convenience. We live way too far to go somewhere good and sometimes we just want to get a quick donut for our kids, but we were done coming here. I can usually put up with this place because their coffee is cheap and tasty (really it's just sugary and sometimes I crave that) and their line is shorter than Dutch Bros, but we won't be coming to this location anymore. The donuts are always stale, their hash browns are super greasy and today they filled my coffee cup halfway. My husband went to pick up our order and when he got home we realized that it wasn't filled all the way. I will just wait in the longer lines at Dutch bros and get my kids donuts from Krispy Kreme from now on.

I come here almost every other day, asking for a PLAN bagel with NO CREAM CHEESE specifically checking when I get to the window and when I order. Yet every time I leave the drive thru I receive a bagel with cream cheese, and while this has happened on multiple occasions receiving my order wrong I still go and hope that the people working understand what no cream cheese looks like . I'm leaving this review in hopes that they seem to get a grip on what a right order looks like.

coffee is hardly ever consistent in flavor and have been given spoiled milk twice. although not the employees fault the drive thru line is a disaster and goes into a turn lane when it's busy

If I could give 0 stars I would. The young girl the works the drive thru couldn't be more miserable and unfriendly. I asked for a cup holder because I had FOUR drinks and she said give me a second(didn't even look up at me) and then slammed the whole stack down in front of me instead of handing me one. My coffees never taste right and even when I ask for light Ice the entire cup is always full to the top with ice. I placed a door dash order and called to make sure they would make my coffee right and it was still wrong. Every single time we go to the drive thru they ask us to park and wait while many cars that were. Whine us come and go. Management is terrible, employees are terrible, and coffee is terrible. Do better.

I've tried twice to get donuts at 5pm. Last Saturday and again today. If your out of donuts at 5pm then you have an operational problem. What's the point of staying open if you don't have donuts. Then you get stuck in the drive thru. Get some signs that say OUT OF DONUTS. The management team or owners need to get on the stick and adjust their daily builds. It's a Simple thing to do so you don't run out of donuts. Get it together or you won't survive in Rita Ranch. Management needs to step up and fix the problems. Without us customers your out of business.
