Dunkin'

I feel bad writing this but I have no idea why Dunkin decided to open a location here... RIGHT next to a local drive-thru, Coffee Times, and across the street from Dutch Bros. Coffee Times has far superior coffee and pastries (most, if not all, are locally sourced) so every time I'm in this area I go there and not to DD. Was poor planning on DD's behalf and honestly the only reason I can see someone picking this over the other options is if they need some coffee or donuts immediately. There's always a line at Coffee Times- but they get you thru pretty quick and it's worth the wait every time! Baffled why they built this though and I never see people there so?

Good food and coffee, but they would NOT substitute bacon for sausage on the $3 breakfast sandwich that comes with coffee. That turned me off. Also, they failed to add the sugar-free hazelnut creamer.

went through the drive through this morning and ordered a frozen butter pecan coffee. when i got to the window and paid, the gentleman told me that it would be a few minutes for my drink. after waiting a couple minutes, my drink came and it looked a little off from when i got it yesterday at the dunkin at campbell/grant (they made theirs almost like the picture). as i drove off and started to drink my drink, it was so watery and syrup-y that i had to go back and ask for a refund. the lady that was at the window was trying to put the refund back to my apple pay but it wouldnt go through so another lady asked me if cash would be okay. when the first lady (the one who couldnt get my apple pay to work) gave me my cash, i politely said "thank you!" and she didnt even look at me, say "your welcome", "i'm sorry". nothing!!! i couldnt believe how rude she was to completely ignore me. i really dont know what is wrong with this location because they never seem to get their drinks right from previous times that i have been here. the only reason i even come to this one is because i feel annoying going to the campbell/grant one all the time lol needless to say i will never return to this dunkin ever again. please take the extra five minutes to drive and give the campbell/grant location your time/money!

I went to the drive thru to just order a cup of coffee. As I asked for half and half, the women said all they have is milk and cream. I question the cream further because there's different kinds of cream, I wanted to know if the cream has sugar. in a rude annoyed way she responded "just cream". rudely. I will never go to Dunkin' again. bad service bad coffee. a big zero.

They advertise that they close at 9. We came around 7:40 and the doors were locked and no one took our order after waiting in the drive through. Employees were in the store but ignored us.
