This is the sort of nursery where there is something cool around every corner. We had a bunch of other stops today and didn't want to buy anything that wouldn't fare well riding around for the whole day. I saw many things that are on my list to procure on a day when I can talk with someone. Friendly, but not pushy employees give you storage to browse. No prices to be seen, which is a detractor from shopping within ones budget. At least, I didn't see any? The nursery has a hippie layout ( don't expect ordered aisles ) and lots of funky touches (Buddha's, crystals, & more). Their on list of where to find local plantings.

Such a beautiful space curated by a super nice dude! Not only was there a fun variety of plants in many sizes, there was also a fun collection of crystals and minerals! Dru was knowledgable about the plants, and we stopped at the playground afterward with the kiddos! The playground is cute, and full of beautiful art, and only open the the public outside of school hours.

I stopped by Drutopia today for advice and a new basil plant, and Drew provided both! He was able to identify my houseplants from photos on my phone, and gave me tips on light, water, and supplements to help make my houseplants as healthy and pretty as possible. I also got a lovely basil plant. He has a great selection of herbs, including some pots in which you can get several herbs together. He also has a wide array of succulents and other decorative plants, as well as decorative rocks and crystals. Drew was very knowledgeable and kind! I'll definitely be back for more plants (and advice!) in the future!Note: the nearest major intersection is Glenn and Country Club; I suggest you come in via Edith (off of Glenn) as Almartin doesn't connect to Country Club.

I finally got a chance to stop in and pick up anot much needed but very much wanted houseplant, a stunningly gorgeous Satin Pothos! Dru (or is it Drew?) was very friendly, super helpful, and masked! If he doesn't have what you're looking for, just ask. I need some salvias for my fluffy peanuts (hummingbirds) & although he didn't have any available at the moment, Dru was nice enough to say he could get them for the following day! Already making a mental note of what I'm going to buy at Drutopia next time!Support local y'all! Places like Drutopia are community gems we should support instead of nameless/faceless big box store CEOs who definitely don't deserve more of our hard-earned money!

What a wonderful place owned by a wonderful person! I stopped by to get my first ever plant. The owner is super kind and has so many beautiful plants and cool rocks. He asked me about where I'd put it, if it'd get morning or afternoon light, and then went about putting together a pot of 4 beautiful succulents for me. Definitely check out this business if you're looking for any plants or cool rocks!

Drutopia was amazing. I walked in and the owner quickly helped me. I told him I was looking for herbs and he helped me pick out two types of mint and a sweet basil. The owner was so kind and helpful! This was my first plant purchase and I'm glad I made it here. He even showed me how to take care of my basil, which was great because I've never had a basil plant. There was so many other amazing plants there too and a cute cat walking around. I got all 3 of my plants for $18! If you're looking for a new local plant place to check out definitely check out Drutopia and on Instagram @dru_topia.

If you haven't made it here, you should as soon as possible. The selection of succulents and plants is phenomenal. I bought a ton of new succulents (some I've never seen anywhere else) and an aloe vera plant (that was huge for an amazing price). I'll be back very soon. I've been making space for new plants since my visit, because I was so happy with the selection. Drew is absolutely amazing and so patient. He let me ask a million questions and gave wonderful advice about how to take care of the plants. He also gave me some helpful advice about which crystals to take home (he had a huge collection). I couldn't have been more pleased about my visit and I encourage you to support this local business!

I came to Drutopia looking for houseplants easy to care for. I purchased 3 plants from here and they are still alive and beautiful! I'm very pleased with my purchase everything was priced great and the owner has a positive, caring and uplifting attitude to his customers and plants. This will be the only nursery I go to. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful local plant nursery! The sign out front (plus the Waze app) helped me find it, and there was plenty of parking between the nursery and the gorgeous white-washed church next door. (Walk around to the front, facing the street, to get in.)Dru seemed very friendly and easy-going. He greeted me when I walked in, introduced himself with a handshake, and encouraged me to wander around to whichever parts of the area pulled me to them. It was a lovely place to wander up and down the aisles and between the plantings. It's mostly outdoors, but didn't feel overwhelmingly warm because there was plenty of shade, mostly in the form of trees and bushes. I felt like I could have quite happily brought a book, found a comfy spot in the shade, and enjoyed a peaceful afternoon surrounded by desert-friendly plants.Beyond the great atmosphere and welcoming vibe, I very much enjoyed seeing the propagations Dru had going, as well as the variety of cactus and other succulents, and even a few tropical houseplants.I had gone to pick up a water-wise plant to fill in a hanging basket, and ended up with three happy, healthy-looking jelly bean sedums, as well as a store credit to give as a birthday gift for a relative who hasn't been to Drutopia before and would LOVE it. Once I have the sedums planted and out in the sun, they should fill in the basket nicely, hanging over the edges and turning red in the sunshine. At the end, Dru thanked me, shook my hand again, and asked if he could take a photo of me with my plants. (He has a lot of fun photos of customers on his Instagram, so I'm assuming it was for that.)All in all a wonderful experience, and a shop I will definitely visit next time I'm in the area.Tip: Some plants are priced, but others are not. If you're not sure, ask Dru and he'll let you know.

An awesome spot for plant lovers. Can't wait to see what's in store in the spring. Would highly recommend this hole in the wall spot.
