when we called and talked to the store and then talked to the doctor in phx, we were told vouchers coming in the mail...i am very upset and mad i didn't receive my vouchers electronically or by snail mail...bad customer service, we are old and busy with different doctors currently, oncology, cardiology and dentist, forgot to look in the mail for vouchers that are now "expired"expiredplease do better- i am pissed i did not get was promised on my phone call - by mail- i was told a lie.expireddo better

Ok my cell actn up, I attemptn to clear some space, BAD LOST MMJ Card. So I call get Heather spent 30 min on call tryn to get new copy so can shop. She talked through several times and locations, she txtd me a copy to insure had one yo save. Got me fixed up with NEW password.. She's a PROFESSIONAL She's a great person to deal with. I stopped by this location for a renewal visit, originally I was seen in the Tempe office. Tucson's location is a bit smaller but with all the comforts such as large chair, a tv showing a movie, free snacks and a mini fridge containing cold bottles of water. I took a chance with a walk in appointment and was seen after a short wait. Due to having all the paperwork I needed my visit with the doctor was fast and easy. We reviewed my symptoms and needs and he filled out all the state forms required. After paying for the visit and state fee I was on my way and will receive my card in 7-10 days. I love the offices of Dr Reeferalz because they normalize cannabis use and create a safe environment for those seeking protection from the law. There is no place for shame when using medicine that is natural and works, and now that I have a doctors prescription and a medical card I can comfortably shop at local dispensaries and use a variety of products to stay healthy and vibrant.

Hi my name is Ramsey, let me just start off by saying this place is the spot!!!! They get you in n out super fast, and the staff is amazing! Everyone is super nice and professional and makes you feel like you belong in there. Adrina was very helpful with explaining all of the little details in the process to obtain my mmj card and, it really is not bad pricing at all, I totally recommend this place for anyone looking to get right and to be treated so kindly the whole time! They even have munchies put out for patients! :)

Moving back to Tucson after three years in Maryland ....I looked for a MMJ doctor here in Arizona, and saw Dr Reeferalz ad on a mobile app. I made an appointment, printed out my medical records, and patiently waited for my appointment. (They do take walk ins, but I would suggest an appointment if you can). There are snacks, bottled water and an ATM in the waiting room. Part of the visit is paid in cash, the State fee can be a CC. Once I was called back, the NMD was SO nice! She took my BP, listened to my heart and lungs, and listened to me....asking questions along the way. They take care of all the paperwork the state needs for proper credentialing...and after your picture is taken, you are done. I am waiting for my card in the mail, and I certainly will use this Doctor when it is time for renewal. All the staff were wonderful, but seeing a former co worker as the Office Manager was really amazing! Small world. :-D

I've been to Dr. Reeferalz two years in a row now and couldn't be happier with their service. Even this year, during a pandemic, they did a great job with masks and social distancing. Both times, they have also given me great coupons almost equal to the costs of the card. Will definitely return in 2 years for my renewal!

In and out very quickly clean office professional front office staff the doctor was rushing it a little to be honest but I got my card and it was a painless process that's all that matters
