I went to Douglas automotive to simply get my oil changed, and they truly treated me with the upmost respect and I would recommend them to anybody. Matter of fact, I have already sent two people there and this was only a couple days ago. I love the small town feeling that this place provides all of their clients with as well as the most reasonable prices in town. they were also 100% honest with the fact that I did not need something in my car repaired. They were not pushy at all and made sure that as a woman you do not get taken advantage of. (Not to mention, a woman is the one behind the scenes).

Great customer service when booking the appointment for an oil change as well as when I arrived. I waited (vs.dropping the car off & returning) and my car was done in just over an hour. No matter what the problem, these wonderful people have handled it honestly and at a fair price. They have even told me I didn't need work that another shop told me was mandatory. They kept my seventeen-year-old Ford going until I decided to trade it in.Jean, behind the desk, is always pleasant no matter how many customers she has dealt with that day, and John always takes the time to explain the problem and the solution.
