House made gluten free pizza crust! That's enough to sell me! It's delicious!The chicken is also gluten free. I don't remember if the menu was labeled gluten free but the waiter was knowledgeable.

I said I would go back to Doughbird and did so with a friend that had never been to this place.We were greeted by Austin (Mixologist) and seated, with our menus. Friend wanted to try a cocktail but hadn't decided which one so Austin brought our water and then came back after a few minutes. We ordered our food and the cocktail. Austin was really nice and patient with us. Friend said the drink was good. The food came fairly quickly. The Parmesan Truffle french fries were delicious; hot, crispy, and flavorful. The truffle sauce was really good. I ordered the Tuna Sashimi salad; friend had the Caesar salad with crispy chicken. My salad had a touch too much dressing but was still very good.This place is consistent with its high quality of food. Having Austin take care of us was an extra bonus. Our lunch was a bit pricey, but with the cocktail it did drive the price up. Love this place!

Had a great experience at dough Bird! The kids meals were very generous and they were elated to see that it came with a choice of a lemonade or a soda. Do barbecue chicken pizza was very good. The sauce wasn't too sweet, the chicken was moist and the crust had a wonderful texture to it. We had ordered a salad as an appetizer, I believe it was a brussel sprouts driven dish and I would say was bad but it wasn't very memorable either. Either. I think the pizza is what really shined, and I'm eager to try them again and maybe sample some of the more chicken forward food.The ambiance was beautiful inside. We had to have them remove the wine glasses because our kids were with us but they felt very fancy. Overall it was a delightful evening and I will be back

This place has MASTERED the (Hand Stretched & extra crispy) Barbeque Chicken Pizza ($20.50), comes with charred corn, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. This is my go-to and the only item I have repeatedly ordered, and it is consistently fantastic. Let me foot stomp the hand stretched, thin and crispy comment when you are ordering. If you are a thin crust 'pizza pie' diner, then you will not be disappointed. Decent draft beer selection, nice new / modern glassware, cloth napkins, and the bellying up at the bar with Ellayna or Austin at the helm, solid 5-star service from start to finish. Positively engaging, professional, and so friendly. A genuine thank you to the staff and those behind the scenes in the kitchen, those pizzas aren't easy to get perfect and tailored to the specific requests (for us) yet somehow, the kitchen team 'nails it' each and every time.

We ordered the steak frites, Brussels sprouts, and chicken strips with spicy buffalo and chipotle BBQ sauces, and everything was absolutely delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, paired with crispy, flavorful truffle fries. The Brussels sprouts were a standout--charred to perfection and packed with flavor. The chicken strips were crispy, juicy, and the sauces had the perfect balance of spice and smoky sweetness.The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a lively yet comfortable atmosphere that made for a great dining experience. The service was excellent--attentive, friendly, and efficient. We'll definitely be back!

Doughbird cool and fun with a sorta fancy yet casual ambiance with pretty good eats. No lie the food a lil on the pricy side but still pretty good considering they use quality ingredients. My friends and I stopped a long day of running errands and had a couple of the pizza options and we shared the prime rib Sandwich. Overall solid experience went on a chill Monday afternoon but I could see myself coming back maybe for a nice lunch date or something. Side note I like my pizza crust in the crunch side so I would ask if the bottom extra crispy

First timer here and I was extremely impressed. The service from the moment we walked in was excellent. Our waitress was busy but she didnt miss a beat. The ambiance is warm and inviting. Even though there is music in the background we didn't have to yell to have a conversation. All of our food cooked and seasoned to perfection. I seriously can't give any constructive criticism about our visit. Our bill was around $150 with tip. Worth every single penny.

I went last night for to-go. I got the truffle mushroom pizza. The greens were not dressed and it tasted off, like it was thrown together. They stapled the bag shut so I couldn't check before going home. I went home and thought I could eat it as is, but the flavor was disappointing. The arugula topping for the first black truffle mushroom pizza was completely undressed and very bitter. I was really looking forward to eating it so I called and asked for a remake and was willing to drive back; which I did. You can see there is a night and day difference of how the pizza is made. The second pizza was 100x better than what I originally picked up. The flavor of the second pizza was amazing and delicious. Night and day. It fresher and tastier. However, the stress of having to drive back and wait for the second pizza means I won't be back for a very long time. Eating in is always a pleasure. But having to drive back was disappointing and frustrating . Especially when you're getting 4 slices for $21. No apology either. I was given the second pizza and the waitress walked away. This is the second time I've had an issue with take-away. It's not as if they give you a 30% discount for poorly prepared food for take out. It's the same cost. Why even offer take take-out if it's just going to be thrown together and the quality drastically different?

We did a group event here for dinner one night. We were all excited to go as none of us have ever been here. It is a large restaurant, and the seating is great with spacing and not bumping in to one another. The food was very good. The restaurant was clean as was the rest rooms. Hostesses seemed a bit confused though when we walked in, even though we had reservations. But they quickly got everything together for us and it worked just fine.The service on the other hand was horrible! The waiter forgot two of our orders completely. He took only part of the tables' orders and then walked off! We had to flag him down to get him to resume taking our order. I was so disappointed in the service here. The only thing i can say is go in with high expectations on the food, but not the service. This makes for a pleasant dining experience.

A decent pizza place in Tucson! Plenty of outdoor sitting for when it's nice outside. We got the spicy Hawaiian pizza and the black truffle mushroom pizza, both were really good! The Ingredient salad was a surprise, I loved the variety of textures and flavors mixed in one salad, making it refreshing and memorable.
