Dollar General

This neighborhood general store is wonderful being the only store in Red Rock right now it's a lifesaver for any last minute needs so we don't have to drive an hour plus trip to get something simple. Since it is the only store in town, there are a few things missing sometimes because so many people shop there. That also means that I can always count on everything they're being very fresh because the turnover of product is very high.

They've saved my bacon so many times. And the staff is great. BUT we have so many shelves empty. I don't get it. I wish it would get better. Every other DG I stop at in the area is better stocked than ours. I didn't say anything during the pandemic, cause I get it, but now, why empty shelves? It's there only store in Red Rock, but the company should address these issues before competition arrives.

Dollar General are great stores for rural areas such as RedRock. This store has a large selection of food staples such as dairy, eggs, package deli, bread, frozen prepared meals, and ice cream. Yes, snack foods, chips etc. are also available. Health and beauty products, paper goods, gift cards and seasonal items also available. Only reason I can't give more stars is the store is understaffed. I've been several times to get stuck standing in line and only 1 employee manning entire store.

Pretty much has most things you could think of , now when they get liquor and gas pumps they'll have a monopoly there , " if you build it they will come "

Has all the basics; milk, eggs, bacon, ground beef, etc. I also love that you can get name brand items not just a bunch of knockoffs. Great friendly staff and the store is very clean. So happy it's out here in Red Rock :-)

DG has a red box so thumbs up. Shelves are stocked. Haven't come across expired food. Normal dollar general.

This store is supposed to be open until 10pm, it says it right on the door. Unfortunately, we pulled into the parking lot at 9pm and the person working there locked the door right in front of us without even saying a word. It's one thing if the hours were until 9pm, but they aren't. This store is frequently closed well before 10pm. It's a huge inconvenience and incredibly rude to lock the door without even a word in front of customers.

Used to like this place until my 60 year old husband was refused to buy cigars. He had purchased them many times previously at this location.Why was he refused?.... They 'suddenly' do not accept Canadian drivers licence's. He seriously doesn't look like a 20 yr old!Wasn't even offered the opportunity to speak to the manager. Other clients in line were appalled and shocked.Kinda makes you feel like a criminal if someone doubts the validity of your ID and therefore your integrity.

The Dollar General in Red Rock, AZ is wonderful. The employees are always helpful. They always greet you, when you walk through the door, it doesn't matter if they have a line up to the register with customers. All the employees, I have encountered are wonderful. Keep up the great work.

This DG is great! Employees are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Well stocked so I never have to drive to town anymore. They have all kinds of stuff you wouldn't expect. I come here almost daily.
