Just keep driving but totally iunprofessional and rude walked around the store and wasn't even greeted made me feel very uneasy.

These are the rudest owners you will ever run into. I don't know how they stay in business with customer service skills like this. They also have a sad inventory with very few items.

The place was almost completely empty and the lady at the counter was rude, unprofessional and absolutely didn't care if we bought anything or not. I know times are hard right now but if potential businesses walks through your door you do what you can to have a satisfied customer and make that sale. I absolutely do not recommend shopping here.

We were amazed at the great prices here. But, what really makes this place great is the low-pressure environment. I can't tell you how much I appreciate being able to just look at the furniture without a salesperson hounding me. We bought a dresser and two end tables. We plan on getting more furniture from here due to the service and good deals.

Visited the discount furniture warehouse with my husband and infant son about a week ago. The owner was there and he was great!! We felt zero pressure to purchase; he spent exactly the right amount of time showing us around the floor and answering all of our questions. I'd totally recommend visiting this veteran owned company, the prices are great and customer service even better! Can't wait to visit again and purchase the merchandise we have our eye on! We will be returning customers for sure.

Horrible customer service!! Be careful doing business with this lot. I mean you can walk through the door and look at these people, and your gut should be telling you to run. I would never waste my time here. I know we are a desperate bunch here in Sierra Vista, with our limited everything. Go to Tucson, it'll be worth your while. They would rather hang out outside and smoke then help customers and seriously don't go in there with your children, it's frightening. The furniture is not worth the price, they need to pack it up and get into the pawn shop business, seems more up their alley.

Horrible customer service. Went in expecting to buy a dining table. If I'm going to drop at least $700, I want a welcoming atmosphere. Lady in the far back didn't acknowledge us when we came in. We looked around for at least 5 minutes before a man said hello. Five minutes is a long time to just stand there awkwardly with no help. He didn't ask if we needed help, just stared at us. Decided to go look elsewhere and, living in a small town, didn't have many options so ended up back at discount. We liked the table so much and it was in our price range that the bad customer service was almost worth it. 10 minutes till close the open sign was off but I decided to walk in and ask. She rudely said, "In 10 minutes." Two bad experiences in a row was it for me. Even if the table was free I wouldn't give them the time of day and neither should you!

Sierra Vista isn't a very big place and this is one of the handful of places you'll find locally to purchase furniture that will deliver to the area (free delivery after spending at least $300 I think). Firstly, it was very disappointing that we were never greeted during the entire time we were browsing their furniture. It's really not much of a "discount" either nor do they have a very large selection. It just wasn't at all what were were expecting, but really the biggest turn off was the poor customer service.

First off, the customer service and professionalism was lacking. Three of the workers toke it upon themselves to stare at us the entire time. It was extremely uncomfortable. We had our kids with us, and the ladies made it known they weren't please. That alone made me want to kick a chair over. Then we finally select a table, and the gentleman was combative with every question. Its almost as though he didnt have answers or his day was too long. I did my best to remain calm, but if I had a choice it would be for discount furniture to be ran by people who care and are professional. They were dressed like they just came from the gym, or off the street. Tbh the prices are very high, for a "discount" furniture store. We got a close out deal....but even that was a not so good experience. I just cant, there's no reason to be nasty.

We want to thank you for helping us get our beautiful dresser with mirror. We received it quickly, in just a matter of days. The gentlemen who delivered it were very careful with it, set it up for us and were very nice and polite. You can be sure we will recommend your business to everyone we know in Cochise County and tell them how friendly, helpful and the great prices you have.
