Ordered an oolong milk tea, regular sized, 1/2 ice and NO sugar. When it was first made, the tea tasted like it was nothing but swimming in syrup. Told the clerk to please remake since I clearly said NO sugar. He said he would remake it, but tried to walk back on what was done by saying the creamer they used has some sweetness to it. Yes I get the creamer may have a little sweetness already, which is why I ordered it with NO sugar. What's worse is that when he remade the drink, he dumped a ton of ice into a small regular sized cup (please see the picture for detail). The drink order was for 50% ice. Again, now both the clerk and the guy making the drink in the back tried to cover up their act by saying that he has to shake it with plenty of ice. This I also get, but that has NOTHING to do with the full amount of ice he put in the cup that he was going to give me. After finishing the drink about 45 minutes later, I pried open the lid cover to take a pic. See the amount of ice remaining in there (see photo). Imagine how full it was when it was first made. If that were 50% ice, is 100% ice - which is the normal amount of ice - suppose to fill the entire cup up so that you only get a few drops of the actual tea drink? This is utterly ridiculous. The fact that they can't follow a simple 0% sugar 50% ice milk tea, and then when asked to rectify the order, there's all these excuses rather than just apologize and remake it correctly. Most certainly won't be returning to this ding tea location. I've had a much better experience in the other Tucson location on Speedway.I normally let these things slip and don't leave bad yelp reviews. But felt very strongly after this interaction to let the public know.

I like how you can customize the sweetness level and ice. Good milk tea. We ordered it for pickup to avoid waiting. We did not get to see the inside of the store. Next time, I will... I want to try more of their other drinks.

Ambiance is great for a meeting, to study, or to have desserts with friends after dinner. Service is great! They will fix your drink if you are not satisfied. The drink quality is consistent as the Grant Rd. location.Monster Boba/Brulee Latte: 5/5A signature of Ding's Tea and my favorite go-to drink! It is a sweet, creamy milk drink that has the cup lined with and boba toppings basked in molasses-like brown sugar syrup. The boba toppings themselves can sometimes be hard, but when you happen to have them soft, they can elevate the drink to perfection! With the Brulee Latte, it is an additional $1.25, and it's basically Monster Boba Latte with Creme Brulee mixed in; the top layer has sugar sprinkled on and torched.Kumquat-Lemon Iced Tea: 5/5I always get this sweet and sour drink with lychee jelly, 25% Ice and 0%-25% Sugar, depending on how the day went. Tips: Besides the Monster Boba/Brulee Latte, most drinks can have their ice and sugar level adjusted on a scale of 0-100%. They also have milk substitution.

We decided on a whim to pop in here for an afternoon pick me up and it was a great experience! We got a passion fruit green tea with half the sugar and boba and it was still pretty sweet, next time I'd go down even further on the sugar level. The boba had a great texture and the tea was flavorful and the herbal notes really came through. It tasted more natural than artificial, which I appreciated. The shop was clean and we got our drink super quick. The prices felt a little steep for the quantity of tea, but overall typical/fair for boba. We'll add this in our rotation when a boba craving hits!

Delicious mid-afternoon pick-me-up after a day trip to Kartchner Caverns in Tucson. I needed a bit of caffeine so got the Oolong milk tea with boba + herb jelly. I know it's an authentic Taiwanese boba spot if there is dairy-free options. The quality of the ingredients is high and the service was quick and friendly. There are several locations all over the world and I can't wait until they have one in NYC.

Their Crème Brûlée brown sugar or Chai boba is the best! Great service, cute little tea house with an inviting atmosphere. This is my absolute my daughter's new favorite spot!

Super cute place and tasty drinks. I got the kumquat lemon iced tea at 0% sweetness and it was sweet and tart. I wouldn't go above 0% unless you like super sweet drinks, it's surprisingly already sweet without added sugar. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Great place to hang out and chat with a friend. They have several games to play as well.

First time write reviews on Yelp. It's one of my favorite place, royal customer, come here twice a week. But...Last time, one of my drink orders, they completely forget to put sugar on it.This time, I checked the time and come in before they close. Wait for couple in front of me get the drink. Then my turn, they said they closed. Even I just order for to go. Just really disappointed! I think I need to looking for a different place.
