Had a great experience getting my Tundra serviced. Worked with Dennis as my service advisor and he was excellent at explaining the service process and options. Never seemed rushed even at the peak drop off time. Quote he gave me for an alignment was fair and he was able to quickly find my pre-paid service agreement on the system as we are from out of town. He owns and knows Tundra's very well which was helpful.As typical for Toyota, the property is neat and clean and a nice place to hang out as you wait for service. Everyone there seems professional, friendly and happy to work there. Got a nice breakfast sandwich at their diner with the coupon.

I can't speak for the sales department, but the service department has been great. They don't try to sell you services you do not need, and they give you videos of your vehicle at the end of what the mechanic found, even if things are good and no other work needed. Love the free coffee and breakfast while I wait for service to complete.

Hi everyone! Even though I bought my car back in September 2022, I want to help whom may want to buy a new or used car from the dealership to save themselves from the malpractice, gaslighting, and mistreatment from the staff and service. Back in September 2022, I bought my 2022 white Toyota Corolla and realized that my front bumper of the car was popping off. I call the service and sales team if I can get the dealership support or discount to help me cover the cost. The customer specialist, Kindra, gaslit me and started saying that I hit something, but I did not hit anything. Please note, this was within the 6 month period from my purchase. Due to back and forth with Kindra, I decided to take the matter in my hand and take it the dealership's recommended body shop. When I took it to the body shop, the associate said there was a preexisting damage that is causing the front bumper to come off, and I have to get a new one. Please note, this car was sold to me as certified pre-owned and it came with a warranty, which that is another long story.I told Kindra about what the associate told me about the pre-existing damage, and she said that's not true and their team did a 360 service to ensure that the car is intact. But then, I went to another body and they said exactly what the previous body shop said. After that discussion, they tried to send me to a third-party mechanic, where I tried to followed up and call, no answer. Also, they promised to help and cover the bumper cost, but they switch up last minute and said they will not cover it. That being said, they are dishonest. My friends and family wanted me to go legal with them, but I decided to spare them and let them go. However, I want future customers to not experience the same situation that I went through the customer specialist and the staff. I hope Desert Toyota can fix their practice and integrity with their customers, but it takes a lot of accountability and change in leadership to improve these values. I hope my review will help future customers to purchase a car from them with caution.

What a terrible buying experience. I inquired about Toyotas national lease incentive and was given a price DOUBLE. They refuse to talk to you on the phone and pressure you to come in. Sales rep said that I had to put down 10k to get the offer that Toyota has. Show me where this says 10k!??Can care salesmen ever be honest??

I bought a used car from them at night. Caveat Emptor. The car may have been under water. I made a lot of phone calls, and my calls were not returned. I was even accused by a newbie of making "sporadic" phone calls. At least there are lemon laws now.So far it's thrown 2 hub caps. No call back from the used car manager.

I went to another dealership looking for a specific vehicle, which they didn't have in stock. I was basically told they don't do business with other dealerships. I left and drove over to Desert Toyota and after talking to Parker he asked me what my top 2 color choices were. Mind you, they didn't have the vehicle in stock, but he took the time to find one for me. I had a time frame I was looking at for financial reasons, and he was able to secure the vehicle I wanted in that time frame. I did have one slight issue, and they were able to remedy it right away. I appreciate Parker's hard work on finding the vehicle I wanted and I love it!
