The optometrist on staff provides good eye exams. However, the customer service at the front desk is awful. While waiting to be seen by the optometrist the individual at the front desk answered his cell phone while in the middle of assisting a customer. Then, I was told not to come back because I elected not to buy glasses through them. I don't normally write reviews, but I was astonished as to how I was treated. Not to mention, they have a limited selection of eyeware to choose from. That will be the last time I will do business there.

They made a mistake writing my appointment card. I showed up a week early and told me to come back. Went to Costco instead.
