Desert Jumping Castles

Well I Don't know we're to start,I've used Desert jumping for a number of years and my family has always been really happy with there excellent on time service!!Called Ivonne last minute Friday to have some tables, chairs, water slide, and goodie bags for about 25 kids, and everything turned out just the way we planned it.I will continue using Desert Jumping for all my family events. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I reserved a jumping balloon package and a popcorn machine for February 6th, they called me February 5th at 5pm to cancel. They said they would issue me a refund and that has not happened! I have attempted to call them multiple times with no answer.

Wish I could give zero stars. Same story as everyone else. They book party, take money, then they don't show. Won't call me back and won't refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Don't rent from them. I had a really bad feeling about a month ago when we scheduled a really big castle for $200.00 dollars and we paid in full, also paid for the insurance and we recorded a standard castle. I'll count myself lucky from what I'm seeing. They owe us $100.00. I have the receipts and I call their phone number and it's disconnected. I'm telling you guys. Something happened. VERY VERY BAD FEELING.

I am BEYOND PISSED!!! I don't use to use this company for every party. I even booked their services March 2nd. Party is today March 12th. I got no call confirming my appointment. Normally I do. So party is today and they are a no show but I paid for it. How embarrassing for this company. I will get in contact with them and get all my money back. I had to call another company $200.00 for last minute jumping castle. My kids looking and asking where it is and I have to rush during the party. Now if they want to contact me they know how. They have my number.

I booked a waterslide for my son's birthday party and paid in full. They canceled the day of and said I would be refunded. This was a July 2021 and I have yet to be refunded. They will not answer my calls and when I do get through they keep telling me that they are going to get on it but never do. I 100% do not recommend this business; they are untruthful and without a doubt a SCAM! I even drove down to their storefront on 12th Ave. and they were closed. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Horrible experience. Do NOT waste your time and money. Booked my sons party , they took out my deposit from the bank, got a confirmation receipt . They never showed up. Never got a call, & they never answered the phone. I had a friend stop by who was in the area and asked them to call me , the man who was there said he would call me, never did. Surprise there. Ruined my 8 year olds party. Thanks a LOT desert Jumps.

HORRIBLE!!!! They will book you, not show up, take your money and then ghost you! We called the better business bureau and they are F rated. So many other people have had this issue!!! Don't book with them!

Please please do not use this company!! They took my deposit and no called/no showed!! Ruined my little girls birthday!!!

I have used this place for years and they're usually amazing but this time I received an email 2 days before my event saying they had to cancel my event because they didn't have any workers but they were not going to refund my deposit. So I have to tell my 5 year old that he doesn't get a jumping castle which was the only thing he was looking forward to for his birthday. So I have to break that news to my kid and I'm left with no other option because they notified me only 2 days out. And I'm not getting refunded the deposit that I placed to ensure that I would have a jumping castle when they are the ones that cancelled my party. I do not recommend. They won't answer my calls or emails.
