Desert Island Records

Stopped by this weekend for the first time and LOVED our time in Desert Island Records! The prices were good and the selection was fantastic! I found several records that I have been looking to add to my collection and a few off-the-wall records... did you know that Wienerschnitzel made a record? You better bet that I bought that for $5. I love that the store is set up so you have a lot of space to take your time and look, even when it gets busy. The person who was working was super friendly and helpful too. 100% recommend a visit!

Great shop, with all of the things any vinyl head could want. I've bought and sold records several times now, and they are officially on my local record shop circuit. Good stuff.

Great selection of records, especially used, and at reasonable prices. I had bought some records at Bookman's the day previous and found the same here in better condition for less. They have a huge selection of $1 records which are fun to browse through as you can find some treasures. They mostly seem to stock rock albums but did have pretty decent selections of other genres as well. The back of the store has used and new stereo equipment, they have a large selection or cassettes, and they put on live shows here as well. Definitely recommend checking it out and love that it's located on the Sunshine Mile as you can stop for coffee, food, or drinks nearby after browsing.

Walked in expecting a quick browse and left an hour later with a few lasting gems. This hole in the wall treasure provides a wide array of vinyl, cassettes, and CDs for all music lovers. Looking for vintage music players and turntables?--this is your place. Wasn't disappointed and will for sure return!

New location is great. Quality selection of used records, little bit of everything and loads of $2 bins.

Wow! Great selection of vinyl, mostly used, but also some new. When visiting used record stores, I usually find and purchase one item for my growing collection, but during my visit here I purchased 5 records. Lots of rock and jazz to choose from with great prices! Don't overlook the discounted records on the bottom shelf; worth a dig for sure.

I've been to a few record stores since we moved out here and this one blew me away. This had a huge collection (mostly rock but a very good selection of jazz, R&B and other genres). They have one section that is alphabetized but there are dozens of crates all over the place where you can lose yourself just looking for stuff.

Huge selection of CDs and albums. Fun store to browse. I found 3 things I was looking for so it was definitely a success.

Dope record store! We were visiting from out of state and swung by just to pass the time. Well, an hour later we walked out with four records, including two Mac Miller ones that I have been searching for for a long time. The guy who checked us out at the register was super nice and fun to talk to. If we lived close we would be back every weekend!
