I have done my first aid/cpr a couple other places through out the years and I have to say this is the best one yet!! Just call ahead to get name on the list. The instructors that run the class are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was recommended by someone at the U of A for mine. Highly recommended this place for anyone needing certification or renewal!!! I will definitely be going back for mine in 2 years!!! Thank you!!!

We had an awesome experience with Brandy teaching and Rene coordinating our training. We had them come to us at a hotel and provide the training during our company retreat to 19 people. They brought all of the dummies to us, were reasonably priced, accomodated our schedule, and provided our cards at the training. I have taken several CPR/First Aid classes and this was by far the most interesting, entertaining, efficient, and engaging class I have done. I didn't expect to laugh that much in a CPR class and it really helped me retain the information. It was the perfect balance of fun and training for a difficult situation. Thank you Brandy & Rene! It was wonderful!

Their overall rating of 3.5 stars is stretching their service quite a bit. Because I'm in the business of helping people; this money driven organization isn't for me. Believe the reviews, go somewhere else.

The class is fine it is the owner Rene who we get the most complaints about. Not once have we sent people here who have said that he was anything but rude, acted irritated and obviously hated what he was doing. I myself taught CPR/First Aid for the American Red Cross and thought it was fun and enjoyed teaching. I would suggest that they find someone more personable to be the face of the business. The office staff I have dealt with Belinda, I believe, is very nice and polite. We have begun sending people to other businesses that offer this class due to such consistently negative feedback regarding Rene. It's unfortunate as we have as many as 100 people who need this certification regularly. It is the cheapest class out there but for $5 more, go to someone who treats the student with respect as human beings who are PAYING for the services.

Place is a little dirty. Odd location (in a grammar school?).The firefighter taught our class was super entertaining and tried to make the dry material as smooth as possible.

$25 Monthly special price twice a month. Fills up really quickly though so go early. Quick and easy and gets you your certification

The CPR/first aid class was good but the service I saw towards another lady and the service I received from the man taking my name was very poor and rude. He looked irritated waiting for the lady to take out her money and he became angry with me and told me I was not signed up. He didn't even ask for the correct spelling of my name. When he rudely put the sign up sheet in my face and said I wasn't there, that's when I saw my name and told him. I would not come back to this place again. Very unprofessional! We are here to learn not get yelled at. It makes me wonder if that's how he treats his patients out in the field.

These guys came out and did complete Heartsaver CPR & First Aid for a group of 15 people. Instructor was clear and precise, and had the group relaxed and engaged right away. I recommend them highly to anyone needing a good basic CPR course. Cost was fair and affordable.

I traveled from Phoenix; got lost, and pulled in 10 minutes late. The owner refused to allow me to take the class that I traveled over 2 hours to, and had pre-registered and pre-paid for. Although I paid for the class, I gladly paid more to take the class from another organization. These people (including the assistant who was there in the beginning) were very rude. Reading these reviews, it looks like I am not the only one on the receiving end of rude, and non-caring individuals.

Super rude experience with the owner. All about driving people in and out more that teaching from how it would seem. Worst CPR class experience I've had in 13 years. Treated people in a very transactional way rather than a relational way. I recommend Eclipse CPR or Firefighter CPR
