Wonderful Christian school with good faculty and a solid education. The campus here is so gorgeous, it almost feels like a college campus. The staff is wonderful and Christs love is shown here on a daily basis.

Our family is new to Tucson, and after a great deal of searching we settled on Desert Christian High School for our daughter, who is a freshman this year. In every way, this private school is spectacular! The teachers are top-notch, the curriculum exemplary, and the school staff helpful and thoroughly dedicated to providing a superior education to every student. We also appreciate that the theology behind the curriculum and school atmosphere is, generally, non-denominational. Desert Christian is neither overly-fundamentalist nor overly-secularist in their approach to education, which was a big draw for us. Our daughter loves the school and we'd highly recommend it.

this school is a phony christian school that does not actually care for those that are least among us. If you have a special plan they do not adhere to it and you have to constantly try to get them to follow through. then they use some arbitrary rule that is not approved by arizona dept of ed to root out the kids they may bring their graduation numbers down. then to add insult to injury you find that public school and their only option summer school has a higher standard of curriculum than the school itself. If you want a pharisee experience then desert christian is your choice.

My daughter sustained a concussion in October which affected her memory and her ability to complete homework and function in the classroom. Immediately the staff and faculty accommodated her condition. When dysfunction and symptoms continued to persist beyond the typical three week duration, she was eventually seen by a pediatric concussion specialist who recommended specific classroom accommodations. Kelly Weber, the school counselor, took the lead and communicated with all her teachers after each doctor's appointment, updating them of any changes. Her teachers expressed care, concern, and observations throughout this challenging period. My daughter made it through the semester, including finals, with academic accommodations. The doctor was very impressed the school was so supportive through the three month duration.
