Del Taco

If I could give 0 stars I would! I was diagnosed with food poisoning after consuming del taco and went to the ER and after leaving the ER I called the store to speak to the manager to which he was rude snarky and said I had to come in person for my refund for an online order ? And was very condescending about me asking if they can just refund me on my card which I used to purchase the food mind you all while iam currently still recovering from the food poisoning !!! I will be contacting corporate

I have been going to Del Taco since the beginning when they were 'Pup'n taco' back in SoCal. After moving to Tucson I'd been craving my local fast food joint and found one here. I searched and surprisingly there is only ONE location in all of Tucson (franchise opp?). Anyway, BIG MISTAKE. This is by far the shittiest, dirtiest, rudest, worst(iest) Del I have ever been too. As much as I love my Del I will never return. Looks like I'll only be able to get my fix when I travel home to SoCal to visit or when I'm up in Phoenix. I hope to god they open another location somewhere here, preferably the Eastside of Tucson.

the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.. the food was cold and soggy and poorly prepared. The place is dirty! And the ladies instead of cleaning and making sure the food is prepared nicely and good they sit on their phones.. someone needs to manage this place better. I will definitely never return to this location.

Taco Tuesday! So in my case I made it a nacho Tuesday; using a less expensive way to make a supreme nacho, from off the value menu get the queso nachos which include a spicy green chili cheese & beans ; purchase a grilled chicken soft taco add to your nachos a little hot sauce & some of the cheapest & delicious & filling meal!

Poor customer service and disgusting food. Went through the drive-thru for a quick order on Friday June 28th in the late afternoon . Ordered a Birria meal, a fish taco, and nachos with no jalapenos. When I arrived home, I had two cold chicken tacos, a cold ground beef taco, cold fries, and nachos with no beans and covered in jalapenos. I was the only one in line, so this was not someone else's order. It was pouring rain by the time I arrived home, or I would have returned it. I called the store....no answer. The food went into the trash along with the $20 spent. We ordered food from another place. I sent a message on their website and received this reply "Thank you for contacting us about your recent Del Taco experience. We are reviewing the information and you can expect a response within 24-72 hours." It's been one-week today....no reply from them.

Wasn't open when we went, but we tried again another day, and the salad I ordered was well made! Apparently, the evening we went, someone must have called out sick, so we had to make alternate food plans. This is the only DT in town and I love that they have Beyond Meat products!I got a salad with beyond taco meat the night before my morning flight and ate it on the plane. There were at least 8 pairs of hungry eyes eyeing my meal as the drink cart came around with food for purchase. Even the flight attendant was envious of my meal. Way to go DT for making a salad that lasted overnight and underwent TSA screening as well as jostling around in a bag.

On 5/11/24. I went to del taco for some after concert late night snacks. Pulled up to the drive-through menu at 11:46 pm. The lights are all on. Closing is posted as 12:00 midnight. I wait for five minutes saying hello is anyone there and are you open. No one answers. Pulled up to the window and waited. About five minutes later, I see a head pop out from the back and then quickly hide again when they see me looking at them. Lights are all still on. I wait for a few more minutes. It turns 12:00, then the lights are turned off. If closing time is earlier than what is posted, then correct it. Don't hide and pretend you're not in there. Or you could of said sorry we closed earlier or something. This is an example of poor customer service. I'm probably not returning to this restaurant. It was a waste of time. There's plenty of other places open and appreciate your business. Thanks for reading this.

Gosh I love Del Taco so much. I can see by the review that many people take it for granted that they have one in town. We drive a few hundred miles just to taste it's deliciousness. We ordered a whole bunch of items and it was only 12 bucks. The quality is light years ahead of Taco Bell and I don't really understand why more people don't see that. We ordered online and the order was ready exactly when it said it would be. The ambiance is like any other Del Taco, clean inside. Overall, A+.

Is it a Taco Bell substitute yes This restaurant is better than Taco Bell for the quality of the food and the quantity versus the price I've literally eaten here off on for about 20 years It seems they cleared out the homeless and it was not a homeless pit inside the restaurant There was no homeless outside the restaurant no I did see one go in and grab some water and get out I ordered beef and bean combo burrito and it cost me approximately six dollars with some change so about seven something with tax Satisfying I was immediately sedated. I did not require antacid and the inside the restaurant seem clean and orderlyIt's 106 outside and it was 70 inside the restaurant so the cool atmosphere was enjoyable The staff was friendly and attentive in order was prompt I did not see trash on the floor, and the smell of the restaurant was acceptable However, as I've been sitting here about for homeless, have walked past me in my car riding this review and here comes one now coming to hit me up Overall, I'll go to this restaurant 5 to 12 times year because it's open very late and everything else is closedI'm not saying it's the greatest but at least you're gonna get what you pay for instead of paying five dollars for a beefy burrito at Taco Bell and get some soup in a rolled up tortilla that spills all over you I would recommend it if you're desperate for food late at night when everything else is closed or if you're up for cash

we went through the drive thru at 11:10 pm they say they close at 12:00 am. and no one answered, we tried going inside and the doors were locked? I saw a lady in the back!? ridiculous.
