Dedicated Gluten Free Bakery And Coffee Shop

It's my birthday weekend and for the past two years have had a mild wheat and gluten-free allergy. This is my first time heading into Dedicated and have had their bread and cookies before, all were FANTASTIC! This is an establishment Tucson should know about since it not only is delicious baked goods but, it's gluten free, some soy free and vegan! I ended up buying a beautiful cake and cake pops! We tried one cake pop and it was dense, and perfectly sweet! The service was excellent and everything was packed well! We can't wait to head back in and try brunch especially since the atmosphere is comfortable, adorable, clean, and such a Tucson vibe! Please pay this spot a visit even if you don't have any food sensitivities because it is some of the best baked goods in Tucson!

In town visit a friend and decided to continue my vegan/gluten free bakery hunt! So glad we stumbled upon this place. I love how they have gluten free flour, pancake mix, brownie batter, and more all sold in stores. I brought a bag of their GF Perfect Flour and GF Pancake Mix! I used the pancake mix so far and it was sooo delicious! I also got the oatmeal cream pie and a Nutella latte with oat milk while I was there. Both were pretty good. The oatmeal pie was a bit too sweet for me but still good!

I had never been here before and spent $19.97 on the "avocado toast" and a large Nutella Latte. When I got my coffee and it tasted burnt, I should have known that the food was going to be questionable. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food and there was only one other person in there. The avocado was not whole like most places sell it, instead it was like a spread. On top of it was diced green chiles (which I don't mind) but they weren't even roasted or anything. It's like took them straight from a can and put them on there. To top it off the bacon was cold. Not just like it had been sitting out, physically cold to the touch. Like it was pulled from the refrigerator. What the...? Please don't play with my love for bacon. Just don't. The sourdough bread was shaped like an English muffin and after one bite, I only ate the bacon and tomatoes. So yeah, I paid over $11 for a meal that I did not eat. It's very disappointing because there are not many gluten free places here that sell breakfast and I drove all the way from north Tucson to try it. The staff was friendly and I did get this awesome sticker. It would take a lot for me to ever come back here. PS: The parking lot is a madhouse because of surrounding restaurant.

This place is heaven-sent for people who have multiple food allergies. I go here every Saturday with my Angel. (Sometimes more often)I love their teas.Their mini- cafe is always clean and organized. If I can give them my best rating, is there such a thing as "beyond 5 stars"?

I hadn't been to Dedicated in quite awhile because, until recently, it was a 45 minute drive away. Now that it's much closer, I decided to stop in for breakfast. I was greeted warmly when I entered and given time to peruse the baked goods case and menu (in a holder above they baked goods case). There are many options, several of which are both GF and vegan! I opted for a bowl with potatoes, egg, cheese, vegan rice paper bacon, and salsa. I got a decaf oat milk vanilla latte to go with it. They have a large selection of milk alternatives to choose from. I also purchased a vegan brownie for a treat later in the day. My latte came out right away, and the food came out within 10 minutes. The bowl is a very large soup cup-sized, and it is plenty filling! The ratio of potato, egg, cheese, and bacon was just right. I really loved the rice paper bacon. Salsa came on the side, so I could adjust according to taste. It wasn't spicy to my taste buds. I tried the brownie later in the day. It was soft and chocolatey, with a texture between fudgy and cake-like. The frosting made it fairly sweet, but it could be scraped off, if desired. It was a nice treat. Dedicated's interior space has been updated since the last time I was here. It is super cute and comfortable. They also have wifi available if you need it. Now that I'm closer, my partner and I definitely will visit Dedicated more frequently.

They aren't lying when they say everything is gluten free and delicious! I had a lemon pound cake and it was scrumptious and perfectly moist. Super friendly and helpful too! I will absolutely be coming back to try more :)

Coffee was just a hot brown liquid. There wasn't anything pleasant about it.Breakfast bagel was ok. The contents were better than the sourdough bagel.Service was good.Ambiance was fine.Gluten free bakes aren't my first choice in food as the flours used can be all over the board in types, flavors, and how I can digest it. Having come here to accommodate another that is gluten intolerant, I found it not a great experience. It just isn't something that I can tolerate for a meal. If you are sensitive to alternative flours be inquisitive in what is in what here, as I did not.

I went in to get the perfect flour and pancake mix for a friend. I walked in, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The lady who checked me out was nice. As I was checking out, I saw a red velvet cupcake and had to get it!!! It was okay. The frosting was delicious, but the cupcake was slightly hard. But it was still good.

While I have never had a meal there, I am an absolute fan of their Gluten Free brownies. Got a GF friend or family member, surprise them with one. Awesome!
