Idk why there's so many bad reviews I think the workers here are polite I've never had any issues. It's not like some dispensaries where they try selling you something or go out of their way to be super helpful, like they just kinda wait for you to come up to them with any questions. They make suggestions and stuff like that. They're friendly and polite. One staff member was super considerate towards me when I got my name changed and helped change it in the system for me, without me asking them to do so. I mean the layout was weird but after going like, twice I got the hang of it, i just order on the kiosk and then wait in the online orders line.

Simple to order from. Great selection & speedy service. This is my first choice in dispensary options in Tuscon!

First time here, excellent experience! Fantastic customer service and love how your person takes time to hear your story and what your need is. The recommendations were great and made it easy to decide on final product.Parking lot is small and tight.

We really love this dispensary and have been coming here frequently for a long time! I'm super stoked they finished their expansion and have to say it really looks great. However the only downside is that the menus online, at the kiosk, and at the front counter never seem to match up for us. We found it best to ask the employees themselves. They used to have menus in front of them that both the customer and the employees could refer too. This was the best method and most accurate causing least confusion. They took the paper menus away and honestly we are super disappointed in this. It is a lot harder getting what you want and communicating with the employees because of this. Really hope the right someone sees this and brings them back. Not sure if we will continue coming if they don't, I don't know how they expect their employees to memorize all the deals and prices and menu as a whole. A visible menu would be super beneficial. We used to spend way more money than intended coming in and seeing all the amazing deals. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK

First time staying in Tucson for work, ran dry and had to find something close by. The staff was friendly, they listened to my likes and dislikes. She was knowledgeable about the product and the deals the shop is running. She made recommendations and when I mentioned my favorite strain she was able to find some in stock. Will definitely be stopping back in next trip down from Phoenix.
