I had a wonderful experience with these guys, from purchase to delivery. I drove out to the Rita yard because it was a Sunday and they were the only place in town open. I brought some rocks from my yard, handed them to the guy behind the counter, and he said this looks like a Coronado 1/2 inch blah blah blah, and showed me what he was talking about and they looked very similar. I had done no prep work and thus had not measured a single thing - I asked the guy helping me what a ton of gravel looks like, and he said he was like a bath tub full, which was helpful but I think that his bath tub must be a jacuzzi tub with jets because we def do not have the same size bath tub! So anyways, I ballparked and said gimme 7 tons of gravel for my side yard/dry lake thing in my yard. He said if you get home, you can measure and call us back, and we can change it. Naturally I completely did not, so 7 tons of gravel it is! So anyways, the delivery guy calls me right on time (Thursday at 1015, for delivery around 1030-11). So the deliver guy gets here, and I said look, I would love if you could split the gravel half in my front yard, half in the back, but the back yard has a real obstacle course with a gas line, some telephone poles, etc. He says hey, let's give it a try, worst case scenario we have to put it all in front. He did some serious gymnastics and got the truck practically on my side yard which was amazing. Then he brought the truck round and dropped the rest in the front. Smashing work, and is definitely going to be a life saver! All that to say I am super thrilled with these guys - very friendly at all points, and I am super pleased with the product. Will go here for all my gravel/rock/boulder needs.

Worst place for rock. Stay away. They can't deliver as promised. Rude people and will not refund the proper amount. Seriously people. Get rock someplace else.

-5 stars should be an available rating. Worst business I think I have ever dealt with. We ordered 15 tons of "pebbles" and they delivered 15 tons of "boulders". When we contacted them to get this corrected/resolved, the owners believe it or not were confrontational, accusatory, insulting. They stated they delivered what we ordered but was obviously not, due to extreme size difference. They accused us of trying to get rock for free but we just wanted what we ordered. They actually came out to our property and was again very confrontational and they kept arguing they delivered what was ordered but that was not the case. They were never willing to fix their mistake and left with no resolution. We now have a half ass yard with the wrong material and are left having to order more else where. Very dissatisfied and disappointed Mama

I'm not sure how these this company even has 2.5 stars I called to report. I thought it was an unsafe driver and the guy could've cared less so it's good to know that they care about safety of others.

I always read reviews b4 buying a product. At this point boys at DnD u best straighten up .

I ordered 65 tons of gravel and stone for landscaping my yard. First, I went to the yard to look at the selection of rock and gravel. The employees were very helpful with advice on size, color and the quantity needed. Even though the lobby was closed due to Covid-19, they had a counter set up to keep a safe distance between the customers and employees.The materials were delivered about two weeks after the order was placed. 65 tons took three truck and trailer loads. The drivers showed up on time and carefully placed the load exactly where I wanted it. The material was exactly what I wanted. Thanks much D&D!

They sold me waaaay more gravel than I needed and when I went back to discuss the 6 ton pile of gravel left over in my driveway, they just said I measured wrong. Because I am a woman???? I worked in construction 5 years so I know my way around a tape measure! So they were perfectly fine leaving the pile in an old lady's driveway. I went back again to express my displeasure and was just greeted by a blank stare. Stay away from this place!!!!

I've ordered from D & D three times and have always been pleased with the service. The drivers always make a good effort to get the pile where I want it, in spite of power lines or other obstructions. They are punctual and good-natured. A good experience all around!
