Got a couple estimates to have my front yard refreshed with more rock. I thought they were quite high, so I visited D&D. Victor helped me choose the correct rock for my yard (the Landscaper was going to use the wrong shade), and helped me figure out how much I needed to do the job. As somebody new to Arizona landscaping, the advice was much appreciated. He was even able to deliver early, which was awesome.Reasonable prices on both materials and delivery, and great service. I'll be going back whenever I have the need.

We ordered some gravel from them and they arrived on time to deliver it. The color is exactly as expected and it was more than enough to cover our entire backyard. Great service. We would definitely use them again.

Called today to get an estimate and was met with the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. From the minute he picked up the phone, Daniel spoke to me as if he could care less to gain my business and when I dished back his snarky replies , I was told to take my business else where and hung up on. No problem and we absolutely will. To the owners , it's a shame you have this person representing your business and what's more "managing " it.

We've bought rock, sand, gravel from this company on at least 5 occasions, the price is fair and I've always been happy with the customer service and help they've given me. We keep going back because of the great service we receive and the great product they carry.

Great rock selections, flag stone, boulders and more. Friendly and helpful staff. Bring the measurements of your yard in and they will calculate the amount of rock and if you need it delivered theyll give an estimate on that.

Not helpful. Did not wish to assist by radioing the yard men. I needed to drive out to discuss my needs. Office guy was just not customer friendly. Maybe having and bad day. The Yard guy was great. They did have the material I needed so that was all I really now care about. So if you wish to be treated like DIRT this is your place.

Ordered 15 tons of 1/2" rock which was delivered in one dual axle truck. I have ordered 15 tons numerous times before which was delivered in a tandem truck or in two loads.When l questioned the driver he became irate .l said that l was getting only 12 ton delivery. When l called the office a female answered the phone to complain that l was only getting a 12 ton load she was very rude and said there dual axle trucks are 15 ton rated which is a lie. That's a over load on a dual axle truck.D&D does not care about good customer care business...wait till business slows down. My advice is don't ordered 15 tons because if they are calling a dual axle delivery 15 tons, your only getting 12 tons... they are cheating you out of 3 tons... good bye D&D

Went to the Old Vail location to pick up some gravel. Great selection, great price, great service. I'll definitely go there next time.

This place must truly WANT to collapse as a business...they cannot find the job delivery sites (this now happened twice) do not seem able or willing to contact drivers to aim them in the right direction, then are snarky and incoherent over the phone! I'll NEVER use them again!

Nice family owned business. If you want just a little gravel to fill in some areas in your yard they will sell you a 5 gallon bucket worth.. They are very helpful, friendly and reasonable.
