D & D Athletic Lettering

I would've given an additional star but since I was advised my two shirts would be finished by 3 and when I arrived at 3:30 they were still sitting in the same bag in the same place they were placed the previous day.The quality was decent, I would've preferred they stitched a little lower closer to the pocket but I'm satisfied, would I use them in the future; yes I'd give them another shot.

I came into D D athletic to get a name embroidered. I was in a time crunch and needed it done asap. The person I normally use was out of town. They guy at the desk was very polite and I agreed it could be done when I needed. I go in an hour later than i said I needed it. I get there and they had just started it. The gentleman says can you give us 10 minutes. I go wait in the car I had my daughter in there sleeping. I come in 17 minutes later and it's sittling on the counter not all the way finished. The lady gets out of her seat and grabs the scissors to to cut away the access backing and etc. I'm standing there shaking my head like are you serious. I got no apology nothing. Will take my business elsewhere!

Would be nice to know the store hours that would be helpful!! Have good deal price and shorter timeline printing shirts..
