On April 9th, my husband and I went in to look at a 2013 Triumph that was advertised online and were met by Dave Zagala who was friendly and fun to talk to vs. pushy and interested in making a sale. I was looking at a motorcycle for me and I love the look of Triumphs and other standard motorcycles with a vintage feel. Dave talked about other styles including a Harley Davidson Forty Eight that was in the showroom as well as pros and cons of other various models. When I sat on the Triumph my feet barely touched the ground as I thought might happen. So I took a photo of me on the motorcycle as a keepsake thinking I'll never be able to own one of my own. Dave went and got the original Triumph bench seat thinking that it might sit lower than the Corbin seat that had been installed. I didn't think he should take time to do that since we were not that serious about buying and it seemed it wouldn't make a difference. Dave said it was no trouble at all and within a few minutes had the seat changed out. I put on my boots and took another try and VOILA! I could manage the motorcycle! That was a game changer. **This act of kindness and customer service basically added Triumph Bonnevilles back to the list of motorcycles I could consider!!** Dave also asked one of their mechanics to see if the bike could be lowered or the seat could have foam removed. And all of this felt more like they wanted to help than sell me a bike; they seemed genuinely interested in helping me solve this problem when they saw how disappointed I was that the bike I love wasn't a possibility for my small frame.Once the Triumph was a possibility Dave took the time to run some numbers to see what to expect if we were interested in purchasing the 2013 Bonneville T100. During that time we had contact with Mark, the manager and Buffy from parts, and another female attendant that had at one time wanted to purchase the Triumph for herself. All of the employees were personable and professional, the place has a very family and friendly feel to it overall. It felt like we were all just 'hanging out' talking motorcycles.Since we really hadn't planned to purchase anything, we left with the numbers in our hand...and since we had been looking online and browsing with the intent to buy sometime in the spring, decided to visit the other motorcycle locations in Tucson. We saw a few other options but really decided that the 2013 at CSA would be the one if the deal was right. I called with an offer after 5:30pm on a Saturday, we reached a deal and they wanted to keep the store open for us to come and get the motorcycle! (We really would have waited until Monday, but they insisted that they'd stay and we'd get our bike that night!)We then sat with Robert Aguilar, their finance officer, to make final payment and go over all the paperwork. Talking with Robert was great fun as well! He has a wealth of information and experience and is genuinely interested in customers having a good and long term relationship with CSA. With interactions like these, I can see our relationship going far into the future.Thank you CSA!! You got me on a Triumph, made a great impression, and inspired me to write my first Yelp review.

My son wanted to purchase a used motorcycle from CSA and I put $1000.00 to hold it. My son just happened to find another bike and purchased it. When I called and spoke to Ashlin to get my deposit back he said it was non-refundable. Had he said that to begin with I wouldn't have put any money on it at all. This store rips people off and that's not good business. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

We are very satisfied with our purchase of our side-by-side wildcat and trailer. The customer service was by far the best experience we had. Steve the owner, spoke with us and was super helpful. Robert goes above and beyond to help his customers. We will definitely be back to purchase more recreational vehicles from them. Best prices in town. We definitely feel like we're part of the CSA family. Thanks again guys great job!!!

i took my side by side to get fixed there. it took a month for the part to come in. While they were test driving it. They broke my shifter. They said I had to pay to get that fixed. They charged me for the part he said but no labor. Then I found out they broke my mirror. He said well you can either pay or leave it. We don't care. This is a horrible place to take you vehicle to get fixed. Be warned. They don't care.

I had inquired about a purchase thru their web site. Then I received a follow up email , they didn't answer the question I had asked them. So, I asked the question again and never received a reply back AT ALL. lol, I guess that's new the way to sell stuffI'd rather buy something in a different state than put up with them. Enjoy

I have had two separate experiences with this repair shop and both were unpleasant. The first time the customer service people were so rude and dismissive I felt it had to just be a bad day for them. She acted like us being there was a nuisance to her. This time the bike was brought in for an oil change. My husband made the mistake of asking them to let him know if they notice anything else. They charged him 400 dollars in labor for :"checking over" the bike. This place is a total rip off and cannot be trusted at all. Definitely will not be returning.

We brought our SxS here before and today after picking up our other one we brought Saturday all they did was look at it. The back seat is easy to come off, has 4 bolts to come unscrewed and yet they charged us 135.00 to "look" at it. They need to update their pricing board at the service department because 135.00 wasn't listed it's listed under another service.Along with the estimate they gave us there is not 500.00 in parts the math ain't mathing. We planned on bring 2 other SxS for service but we will find someone/somewhere else. After meeting the owner I can't believe the service department had to be told by my husband to put our car back together if he didn't mention it they were going to load it that way. The fixed a tire as well didn't strap it back to the bed and took the strap. Lovely trust worthy employees. Oh and when we asked where our strap was an employee( not racial a dark skinned person went to his tool box took all his inserts out and pulled out our strap I'm glad he was going to keep it...) and we have seen this guys before dropping off our stuff. I'm shocked the owner doesn't get more complaints due to poor service department staff.

Terrible service. Recently had my bike in which is a new 2023 Husqvarna for warranty work. They fixed my warranty issues after 6 weeks of them forgetting to order my parts. finally after receiving the bike they left parts off and lost odds and ends of certain components. my exhaust Heat shield was returned dangling and missing 2 bolts. When confronted with the service desk for solutions the worker was extremely rude and acted like it was not his problem and was unwilling to compromise in any way. ultimately leaving me with a broken heat shield.
