I purchased a remote control car and my son tried it and didn't like it. We had all the original packaging, receipt, it had only been 2 days. We were told very rudely we were unable to return. They would make an exception to do an exchange. We couldn't purchase at the return register. We had to go to another part of the store. The woman was not only not kind to me as the customer, but also a fellow employee. We finally found one helpful person, who by the way let us purchase in the return register. We will never buy anything from your store again. What a hassle, and your employees need to learn how to be more friendly.

Terrible place to work for. They keep their employees as part time but work them fulltime and with mandatory overtime as well. Terrible manager with cero communication skils unless she likes you, no idea how to retain her employees. DEI needs to go and allow competency to take charge. The products not well taken care off. Strange that a company doesn't care either about their employees or the produts they sell, way too many returns. Labor department should look into All of this.

Half the store doesn't have prices shown & when trying to return an unopened unused perfume, they did not want to give us our cash back.

Store is cool but majority of items don't have price tags and the staff I tried to speak with didn't speak English. Felt like I was in a different country.

I went T Curacao at Tucson for Thanksgiving Blockbuster and waited in line for 1 hour and had persons from credit department come around and asked what we was there for and was given a wristband of sort to recognize what we were there for. They asked me my Birthdate and if I had a card I said no I had cash. They told me that you needed a card or cash. I told them I was paying cash. I stood in line for another 20 minutes and came to the counter they completly ignored us and then noticed that there was aline forming to my right. They told me I would have to get in the line. Got in line and waited about another 5 -10 minutes and was told we we could not pay for doorbusters with cash . only with Curacao card . I told them what the young ladies said and even picked them out in the store. I got up early and wasted 1 1/2 houirs of my time . I came home and looked at the flyer and I did not see disclaimer on the doorbuster Items. That was my first time in the store and I believe the last.
