This truck is owned by Dante's Fire's, Ken Foy.So first a story on how they came up with the name. Sam Fox of Fox Concept Restaurants (Wildflower, Blanco, Zinburger, Culinary Drop Out) told Ken Foy of Dante's Fire upon opening his Culinary Drop Out directly across the street that "I'm going to put you out of business so fast..." Not too kind nor professional of words to a fellow chef. Well, Dante's Fire is still open and going strong. So Chef Foy decides to do a food truck. So in a slap in the face to "Culinary Dropout," he names it "Culinary Graduate." I think that's funny. Lost some respect for Sam Fox.So, you look at this food truck's menu and you salivate at every item. The worst part of this truck is having to decide what you are going to order. Part of the problem is that the menu items are $10 a pop or more. Not cheap.I decided to go baseline and tried the Sexy Grilled Cheese. Delicious combination of flavors. My only disappointment was the way the bread was grilled. Uneven. Still had plenty of ungrilled white real estate. Not grilled to perfection as my former favorite food truck, Burgerrito (since moved to Tennesee), could do. That will be my bar of standard for grilled sandwiches forever. The garlic fries were good and I enjoyed them. I was disappointed that he was out of the tomato herb potato chips.I can't remember his name, but I sure enjoyed service from the employee. He was super friendly, passionate about the truck, and energetic.Follow them on Facebook for days of service and location. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Quick update - still great, good value for money and really dedicated and genuine people slaving away in that convection oven of a trailer and then running a flattop adding more heat inside. I can't imagine surviving that hot box in Tucson heat (looks like no AC inside). The folks are incredibly nice and I learn that this is a venture of newly minted Tucson Iron Chef 2022 Ken Foy, who operates the acclaimed Dante's Fire restaurant. Now I get where the inspiration for the eclectic Sammie's came from. I still love the Dirty Pablo - just don't mistakenly call it a "Dirty Sanchez". Go look it up!

I've always loved Sexy Grilled Cheese. My favorite is the Fancy Pants. Fries are always hot, service exceptional. Creations are very rich.

I saw they would be at Tucson Hop Shop, so made plans to get over there as soon as they set up! The timing on their web site was different than the timing the Hop Shop had, so I sent them a quick facebook message, and they responded right away! They were great! They weren't quite set up, so they came in to get me and take my order, and bring our food. The garlicy fries are AMAZING as is the Sriracha ketchup! I had the Croque Madam and my husband had the Sexy Grilled cheese - so full of ooey gooey deliciousness'! It paired perfectly with our beer. I loved the gruyere cheese on mine!

I book food trucks on a daily basis at Arizona Beer House. I know the favorites of our crowds, I deal with the owners, managers, cooks, and other staff. I get to know them, their menus, their moods, their service, and what to expect. What I expect from Culinary Graduate has always remained consistent: great food, interesting menus, superior service, the willingness to go all creative on-the-spot with a food idea people throw at them. If you see Culinary Graduate somewhere, stop and give them a try. I've yet to hear anyone have anything negative to say about them, except, maybe, "they ran out of food". Yeah, I see the few reviews that are shining, but I have yet to ever have a negative experience with them. Hey, if you do have a bad experience with them, or anyone, give them another try, or contact them before writing about it on Yelp. Culinary Graduate aims to be exceptional, it is owned and operated by humans. After working in a truck in 110F heat, at the end of a shift, I can imagine they are EXPIRED! Honestly though, I have yet to see anyone receive bad service from this team, and I see them on a regular basis. They are an Arizona Beer House favorite!

Dirty Pablo. Very good well flavored sandwich. Served hot with crispy garlic fries. Plenty of food for 9 bucks. Reminds me of a grilled cheese food truck in Nashville but with better prices and that AZ flavor we all love! Guy at the counter was very friendly and patient. Add a can of coke for a buck and you're all set! Look forward to having this food truck again. Will try the Monte Cristo next. Had trouble choosing today.

Rude. Snapped at us in front of a line of people waiting for their orders because we couldn't tell they were closed (or closing). So I can save others from public embarrassment 'closed' means they turn the menu around.I eventually got a sandwich and fries on another occasion that confirmed it was not worth the soup Natzi treatment I received the first time.

Wow!! These were incredible! My kids don't love grilled cheese, so when they saw this was the food truck, the disappointment was there. Until they tasted them! They are every bite, and asked me to try to make something similar at home. We tried 3 different sandwiches and the garlic fries- they were more than enough for all 5 of us and all delicious.

The sexy grilled cheese truck didn't disappoint, the monte Cristo was savory and the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese grilled cheese was delicious! Doni was extremely personable, kind, informative and to top it off a great chef. The garlic fries and sriracha ketchup was unique, there were actual chili flakes in the ketchup not just sriracha sauce added like a typical place. We will definitely be coming back for this down to earth comfort food.

I was very disappointed with they Oy Vey menu. I ordered the kosher salami and it was very underwhelming. There was only a single layer of salami and minimal fries. For $10 (they charged $1 for using credit), I expected way more. I will not return to this food truck.Revised: I was contacted by Ken from this food truck with an apology and a refund. I was very satisfied after speaking with him. The truck was overwhelmed with an unexpected volume of customers and no other food trucks were on site. I will be giving them another chance in the future.
