First Impressions: Walking into Crumbl Cookie is like stepping into a sugar-fueled dreamland. The sleek, pastel-pink decor and the heavenly aroma of freshly baked cookies make it feel like Willy Wonka's grown-up cousin opened a bakery. The giant menu screen proudly displays this week's lineup of cookie creations, and honestly, I felt like a kid in a candy store--but with cookies big enough to double as dinner plates.Interactions: The staff at Crumbl Cookie should teach a masterclass in enthusiasm. They greeted me with smiles so warm, they might as well have been fresh out of the oven themselves. When I asked for recommendations, they passionately described each cookie like it was a piece of fine art. They didn't even flinch when I asked if it was socially acceptable to eat all six cookies in one sitting. (Spoiler: it is, but maybe not recommended.)Service: Quick and efficient, the Crumbl team doesn't mess around. My cookies were boxed up and handed over in record time, with the signature pink box adding a touch of elegance to my soon-to-be sugar rush. They even double-checked my order to make sure I got *exactly* what I wanted--a crucial step when dealing with cookies this important.Food: Let's talk about the main event: the cookies. These aren't just cookies; they're edible masterpieces. Each one is huge, gooey, and packed with flavor. Value: Are they pricier than your average cookie? Sure. Are they worth it? Absolutely. These cookies are an experience, not just a snack. Plus, one cookie is big enough to share--or, let's be real, hoard for yourself. You're paying for top-tier quality, and with flavors this creative, it feels like a bargain.Recommendation: Crumbl Cookie is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth--or even just one functioning taste bud. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or just need a midweek pick-me-up, these cookies deliver joy in every bite. Grab a pink box, savor the magic, and don't forget to share (or not--we don't judge). 5 out of 5 stars, and I'd buy stock in their frosting if I could.

For a sweet treat check out Crumbl. Consistently from location to location that we've tried, they make great cookies! The Landings location has lots of parking and the store is clean. The staff was friendly and the orders come out in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely a repeat!

If you love cookies the way I do, run don't walk to crumble for the best cookies ever. Yes they are expensive. But I don't care because a good cookie is my passion.

My wife was excited as she loves cookies (me too)-LOL. She popped in (first time) and she stood by the register and nobody acknowledged her. The staff were there doing things, but did not say anything to her. Another customer came in & went to a tablet, made an order. She figured out that was the process, made her order. When it was complete she was then spoken to by the staff, they were polite at that time. The cookies were kind of pricey, and comparable to what you can buy at the grocery store bakery for less. My wife did not finish her chocolate chip as she said it was too thick & not to her taste. I did finish hers & mine - because they are cookies - LOL. The box is nice for presentation, the cookies are not terrible, just not worth the price, that with the way she was greeted equals we do not need to return.

If you like cookies, you may want to try Crumbl Cookies. My wife brought me a pumpkin brownie, and I enjoyed it. I will have to run for an hour to burn off the calories, but it was worth it ;)

So happy to see that Crumbl cookie is now in my area. I absolutely fell in love with them the first time I had them in Pensacola Florida, and I have been a loyal customer ever since I love the fact that each week they change the flavors giving you the opportunity a to indulge in a multitude of deliciousness. Although some might find them to be a little pricey, it is worth every penny extremely fresh delicious, full of flavor .

My order was wrong, the lady claimed I ordered differently than I did. I had to look up my receipt in the car to show I was right about what I ordered. A guy offered me a free cookie, she intercepted and decided to "help" me again. I showed her my receipt and said, "I did order this cookie and you said I didn't. She took the wrong cookie out of my box, placed in back on the serving tray (ew, health code violation much), then gave me the correct cookie. Wasted time and no apology for blatantly lying about my order. A free cookie would have at least made the experience better, but that staff member was the worst person in customer service I've ever encountered.
