Crumbl - Houghton Town Center

Delicious! all of their cookies are SO good. They are always fresh and prepared to perfection. I absolutely loved the lemon cookies and when they had little funfetti cakes I was in heaven, (I love their little cakes). They pack the cookies in a really cute, sturdy pink box. The best cookies around!

First time here at this location. I generally go to the Oro Valley location as this is closer to me. First Impressions:The store was very clean and well kept. Staff looked busy and engaged with their respective customers. Always good to see everyone smiling and curios about their current concoction of the week heh.Staff:Very friendly, and insightful. They really seem to like there place of employment and enjoy the business. Super refreshing and makes for a better experience. Who doesn't love talking about food! Cleanliness:Very clean as I mentioned, so nothing less that I would expect from Crumbl. I really like the layout of the store. Pretty neat.Value:At the end of the day we are talking about pretty big sized cookies here, but to give you a reference point of what I paid for 4 cookies, I believe after taxes and tip it came out to $22 dollars at the cheapest. I wouldn't call this place a value by any means, and that is honestly what keeps me from giving it a 5th star as Crumbl cookie is pricey but they hedge their bet on the experience of the delivering such an amazing cookie, so I can see why they up-charge on cookies.I think there are other places that do just as good as good for a lower price and same quality, but I can appreciate the innovation and constant change of their menu, which keeps things fresh. Kudos!Recommendations:I'd say if you are someone that likes cookies and love the sugar rush! Then this would be the place for you. I honestly think everyone should experience Crumbl cookies at least once. It really does well on delivering the "experience" of the cookies and that is what really comes a lot of people coming back. The price might sting but the experience will be worth it. Nevertheless, this place has delicious cookies!

Update 11/2024Do not let the update dates fool you, we have hate several time here and the other crumbl locations well in-between that 11/23-11/24. So much so, that this last stop and 4 more I can use my rewards to cover the trip.

This location is quick and easy, cookies are delicious and it's always clean plus staff is friendly !

Cookies are delicious. Service is poor. I walked in and saw all 5 workers look up at me, not say a word, and then look back down. I was the only customer in the store and it took a long time for one of them to come up to the counter. I asked for frosting on my cookie and the MANAGER told me they wouldn't put frosting on my birthday cookie. So I just took my free cookie and left. Probably will never come here unless the cookie is free.

Giving two stars because the ladies in there were very nice. I honestly can't believe I just paid that much money for tasteless cookies. I've tried 3 pieces of different ones and only thing that stands out is the frosting. Will I go back?? No way.. $40 is a lot for 12 tasteless cookies.

Got to use my $20 Reward towards purchase of a 12 Pack Specialty. This week's choices are yummy delicious. From Classic Pink Sugar, Oatmeal Skillet Cookie, Raspberry Butter Cake, Key Lime Pie, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk, and Chocolate Cookies & Cream. Key Lime Pie there's an extra $1.99 charge, but well-worth the money to at least try once.

When I saw the French Silk cookie flavor this week, I just had to go to Crumbl. It did not disappoint! It tastes just like the MC pie that I miss so much. Crumbl is always consistent with their cookie quality. Also, the aesthetic of the cookies is always on point. The service was fast and friendly. We were in and out in a snap. I must say, this is a GREAT cookie. Sure, the price is up there -- but isn't that the point with a quality gourmet huge cookie? Totally worth it, and quite frankly even eating 1/4 of one is filling - although I went for half the first time I sunk my teeth into it. It was a lemon cookie, Lemon Cupcake... and it was divine. In fact I ate the whole thing...which is why I know that 1/4 or 1/2 is plenty filling since I overdid it on that maiden voyage of eating one. Plus I had to eat super low caloric food the rest of the day to cover the roughly 600 calories of amazingness I had just eaten. I am a big fan, particularly with the rotation of cookies they apparently do each week. This location was efficient and friendly, picking up my pre-order was super simple and easy. I purchased a 6 pack and we are still working through them: Lemon Cupcake, Double Fudge Brownie, Chocolate Toffee Cake, Classic Milk Chocolate Chip, Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts (this one is AH-mazing) and a Peanut Butter cookie with choco frosting.

Always a pleasant experience. Cookies are delicious and staff is friendly! Cookies are addictive so I always find myself coming back!
