If I could give a zero I would. Purchased A rolling machine on Saturday, April 15 realizing that it did not work properly and seemed to be defective. I was looking to exchange it for a rolling machine that works. He said "you are lying" the machine is not defective and would not allow the exchange. I tried to reason with him, like why would I lie? Ended up leaving it there (since it does not work) as he demanded we leave. Previously all of the staff has been awesome, I believe this to be the owner of the store and I feel sorry for his employees. Wish I had had a great experience I would have continued to shop here. I literately have never been treated so badly in my life...

This is an absolutely fantastic cigar shop! First I have to say the customer service is second to none, The staff here are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, they don't hover over your shoulder and they're absolutely there to help. I've been shopping here for several years and I always have positive interactions. The cigar selection is fantastic and more importantly the cigars are humidified perfectly in the walk-in humidor. If you do have the occasion and get a bad cigar just bring it back and they'll replace it instantly, on the spot, no questions asked. They also have a wide array of cigar accessories if you're trying to make out your Christmas wish list or are looking to buy something for that favorite guy or gal. If you're a cigar aficionado you will definitely want to check this place out!

Huge humidor with a large variety of cigars. If you haven't stopped here yet, check out what they got. After having an Arturo Fuente at a poker night , I went on one of my many journeys through the quiet corners of Tucson to track these things down. If you want a quality cigar, you need a quality humidor, or else it doesn't matter what you buy, it'll be dry. This place has a walk in humidor and guess what those Arturo Fuentes are right to your left as you open the door. One of the staff was there to assist me with any questions I had in my selection.Other than that there's a long self of magazines and such. They also have hookah supplies as well.I mostly come here for the convenience due to its proximity to my place. Whenever you need a good cigar, give these guys a shot.

This has become my B&M cigar shop. The prices are ok but the service is great. I'll keep coming as long as they're open.

I am new to the tobacco pipe field, after calling stores to ask about their pipe selection for first a time buyer, all the stores seemed like broken records... Stating they have the best selection in town, went to several other tobacco stores after calling to only find out they have very very limited selection of pipes (like 8 pipes total selection) usually starting at $200+, I was about to give up on supporting local and buy online, I decided to call Crescent tobacco, was told the same... We have the largest selection in Tucson, I was skeptical but drove down to them.I have to say I was blown away by their selection, probably over 100 tobacco pipes, from at least 10 different manufacturers. I chose a pipe that was the style I wanted for about $80!! This place is the best selection in town, with decent customer service! The only down side was I wish they had a better selection of tin tobacco, but if your looking for a new tobacco pipe Crescent is the place to go!

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! Terrible service workers act like your an unconvince while asking questions would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT BUY ELFBARS FROM HERE. from the first look at the box you can easily tell that they are counterfeit. I had purchased the same flavor about a week ago from a trusted smokeshop on golflinks and harrison where I usually go to get my vapes. I opened the new one I bought from this place and it was totally a different color then it should've been and tasted like shit. I asked for my money back and they said no. TERRIBLE

Cigars are sold and distributed in boxes. I was purchasing a box of cigars. When I got to the register the employee started removing the cigars from the box. I asked what he was doing. He said the owner sell the boxes to recoup the shipping costs. Let that sink in, the owner sells the trash to recoup the shipping cost, rather than give you a convent way to transport the product like the manufacturer intended when you spend hundreds with him. this is by far the best smoke shop in the area and has the best friendly and informative staff and are there to answer any questions.
