Creative Edges Custom Framing

Workmanship was fine. However, the timing was ATROCIOUS. Admit, i originally told owner that there was no rush. Checked back two months later and told frame i had chosen had been discontinued, Selected alternate in early August requesting completion by end of month, because i was moving East, and was told if she couldn't get the framing material she would call me by end of week. Got no call and returned Aug. 30 where employee was not only unable to locate the photo, and despite TWO phone calls to owner who said she would be there soon, left after waiting more than half-an-hour. Finally received framed photo in mid-September. Obviously a service-provider who serves at HER convenience and not the customer's.

I had my first piece of art framed there last week. I was impressed by the quality and care taken in framing my project. They even accommodated my rush date needed during the Holiday season! The gentleman that helped me was very professional and helpful! The only downside- they only accept cash or checks. If this is not an issue for you than perfection!

I had a sports memorabilia picture fixed for a crooked nameplate and it can back with the nameplate bent and rumpled......horrible work that too three weeks to get back....nice people but poor results for me anyway.

During Covid-19, I had Robin do 4 projects for me... I resentLu went back to have one of the projects redone... needless to say the way the way I was treated and talked to... I will not go back to this business! So buyer beware!

A little expensive- until u see their work- we had 2 pictures frame, matted and they turned out great

I took a frame to be fixed to Creative Edges. When I got the picture back the edge of the frame was chipped. I said that was unacceptable. They could at least sand the edge so it wasn't so noticeable. A month later the repair wasn't any better. Their customer service is terrible. They don't care. I would not recommend that anyone go there.

It is nice to have a professional framing establishment in Green Valley; no need to drive 45 miles round trip to Tucson. Not only do they do a wonderful framing job, they also are willing to do small jobs other than framing. They willingly replaced the plexiglass front of our flag box with clear glass. Also worked with me on a number of occasions to cut a mat for a project I already had a frame for.
