We stayed in the Irish Nellie room. It had a double bed and was done with a late 1800s theme. We loved it!

Rode 481 miles from San Diego and knew we wanted a place to rest our aching bodies.Picked a location that's just a few walking steps to the main drag.Last time we stayed here- it was at a property outside of town. When I inquired about availability- 3 weeks ago- I called directly and Carol answered the phone so early in the morning! When other properties had their voicemail activated. We were told we pay the day of arrival. And there are 2 options to pick from. Cash $85 or $95 on card!!No tvs in the rooms- but, there's a covered patio with tons of tables and chairs with a big screen tv. Heat lamp provided also.At least each room has it's own bathroom. Hot water runs quick and does the job!Gravel parking on 10th street.

I was disappointed in this business as it does not live up to the reviews I read prior to showing up. Here are the pros: clean bedding and clean bathroom. Cold a/c. Just a couple blocks from downtown. Cons: these are not queen beds, most likely they are doubles and are very old. They sag in the middle if you're sharing the bed. Bedding is old and not sure how old the "throw" pillows are but I don't get the feeling they get washed often. No TV, no radio, no clocks. Owners dog likes to jump on bed if you leave your door open. Although a/c is cold, they are old units with a lot of missing pieces. Bathroom had half used lotions and other supplies I refused to touch. Common area is pretty disappointing as well. Pic included. Pricing at around $100/night. Considering the lack of amenities, seems pretty steep.

We love staying at Annie's. Small bar within feet of your rooms! A breakfast area with cereals and great coffee! Love Carol and Roscoe! Great place to stay within walking distance to Allen Street.

Loved it! Priced the same as a budget hotel but cleaner. Very quaint and historical. The B&B is attached to the bar. The owners were actually away when I visited but they had a friend watching the place and she was super nice. The room was cute with robes, candles, a guestbook and various toiletries. It was the Irish Nellie room. Another reviewer said she was a prostitute which is not true. She was an entrepreneur and a businesswoman. Not that there is anything wrong with being a prostitute but I'd think Nellie would want credit for her achievements. Very cool experience when visiting Tombstone. It's about 10 dollars cheaper if you pay cash. Just remember this is a small operation - they are not going to have 24 hour check-in or anything like that.

Do not believe the reviews that are obviously posted by Carol's friends. We wanted the full tombstone experience and this was so bad we could not even stay here. 1st Carol gave me our money back but no one should be dupped by these false reviews. First we squeezed through the door between the bar and the trailer behind it. Then it is not clean we had to step around lots of dog poop to get to our rooms that are not to a standard I would ever pick. Motel 6 would be like a 5 star hotel in comparison. The eating area is FILTHY and there is duct tape on the chairs holding them together. When I told Carol we could not stay there she said it was bullshit but had the bartender give me our money back. Carol went from friendly to hateful and said aweful things to us as we walked out the door and left. Had she not been so hateful we would of left and not reviewed but people should know the truth - it's not a nice place nor is it clean. And Carol is not friendly she is fake. This is also on 10th street and Fremont EVERYTHING else is close to 6th street to 1st street. Not close to where you want to be.

When my boyfriend and I wanted to spend a night in Tombstone we chose this place. Each room is furnished with a late 1800s theme resembling a bordello. We stayed in the "Irish Nellie" room. Each room is named for an actual local prostitute. A wonderful continental breakfast is served in the enclosed patio complete with colorful conversation with the owners.

This is Tombstone's version of Cheers - relaxed and full of friends, maybe some you haven't met before, but that changes quickly. No smoking inside, but they've got a back patio if that's your thing. Little Joe cruises the floor, wagging his little tail and keeping everything in order. Karaoke on Monday and Bowling tournaments on Wednesday - video, but it's all good fun! No hard liquor - beer and wine, but it's sociable, so what more do you need? There's even accommodations available for those that want a place to stay next to it. Come check her out!
