They have plant based sausage (impossible sausage) and it's actually good I've had some chain breakfast restaurants' plant based sausages before and am always disappointed, but these were great - flavorful and not greasy. I also got fried apples which were VERY good and cinnamon flavored. I do wish it was a larger portion of it as a side. This place was very busy and a bit chaotic (Sunday morning breakfast so no surprise) but the waiters/bussers did a good job, and the food came out in a reasonable time for how crowded it was.

Who doesn't love a little shopping before getting seated to enjoy some delicious food! I've been going to Cracker Barrel since i was a wee girl and it's always been a good time. This time I went with coworkers for breakfast and we got seated fairly quickly. I ordered the Mommas breakfast with pancakes with strawberries and it was delicious. I also ordered the DIY hot chocolate and it was a fun way to decorate and drink it! Service was quick and our waitress was attentive and kind! Ambiance is pretty chill and inside the restaurant is cozy and warm.

Dad and I went here Thursday after his doctor appointment. We were seated right away. The waitress was very kind and attentive. Dad ordered breakfast; sausage patties, eggs and hash brown casserole with biscuits and gravy. He seemed to enjoy it. I ordered the hamburger steak with green beans and hash brown casserole. I must say, we've eaten at this place many times over the 7years we've lived here but this is the first time I've been very disappointed in the food. The hamburger steak was full of grissle and was very greasy. The green beans were obviously old, wilted and didn't taste great. The hash brown casserole was lacking flavor. The quality of their food has plummeted! I remember the green beans tasting like my great grandmother made. Now.... more like canned and over cooked.This place is always noisy, even in between the breakfast, lunch and dinner rushes, so that has not changed. I will say this; I found a lovely skirt on the way out on the clearance rack. That, the waitress and other staff were the only reason for two stars.

This was the perfect spot to stop on our back to Tucson from a hike in Marana. Located right off the I-10, it's very convenient to stop. Yummy home cooked like meals and as always, an adorable shop in the front. I always enjoy the meatloaf, and their biscuits. Service was fast too.

Cracker Barrel holds a special place in my heart, evoking memories of my grandparents. During a recent out-of-state visit with family, I eagerly anticipated dining at one. Despite the bustling crowd, we were promptly seated. Our waitress, whose name I regret not knowing, provided exceptional service. Our table, situated by the waitress station, was occupied from 9:30 to 10:30 am on April 28th, 2024. She wore glasses and deserves recognition for her excellent service. I don't know where to start, but to make a long story short, our hostess had to clean the table before we sat down -still dirty, I had to switch chairs because it was oily, then the package the silverware comes in, got soaked up with grease that was left over from the prior occupants, then we found out both our coffee mugs had lipstick on it, provided feedback at the front when checking out and was just told that lipstick does stain these days and that only the servers were working today not the bussers which was not true because I saw several male employees with their white hand/cleaning towels and busser bins-wiping down the tables. I don't understand why no one can take accountability these days just rather argue. Our two coffees were taken off the bill, but that was not the whole point here. Won't be going back for a long long long time.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service- received less than 25% of my family meal order, called, and after speaking to someone to check if my order was still sitting there in the restaurant, was placed on an additional hold for over an hour. I'm guessing they have stopped caring about customer service. Disappointing, since I've enjoyed their food in the past. But this kind of service isn't worth my money or the frustration.

Our service was terrible. Our server was Mariah We got seated right away but then had to wait 10 minutes before we saw our server to even get our drink orders taken. Our food took forever to get our food to our table. We asked for refills on our drinks but never received them. We had been done eating for well over 20 minutes before anyone came to check on us to bring us our check. Highly disappointed with my experience this evening.
