This delicious and one-of-a-kind tiramisu is made fresh in-house. It's my go-to dessert every time I visit.

It was a perfect evening to enjoy the outdoor seating and view at the Coyote Grill. From the parking lot we skipped the main entrance and went around the side to access the patio directly. There we encountered a little frustration as the young guy in attendance turned us away. Luckily, we were met by Martha when we stopped at the hostess desk. She briefly excused herself to find us a table. After a short period Martha escorted us to a new table she had magically added to the patio seating. My husband and I split two dishes, the salmon dinner and the vegetable plate. It was beautifully presented at the table on four separate plates arranged and garnished in the kitchen. The dinner was great, atmosphere spectacular, and service was perfect (wonderful waitress, although I'm sorry I didn't catch her name). We also were helped out by Karen at the hostess station.

So sad. This little corner of Green Valley could be such a wonderful neighborhood stop, but I have watched it for 7 years (i live a couple of block away) and it just gets worse and worse. Yesterday I thought "well, I haven't been in for a while, so let's go find out what's new". This i what I found; The Cob Salad is literally 1/2 the size it used to be and honestly you could call it a 'small side salad' in any restaurant in the world -but they are selling it for $15. Not only is it super small, but not very good either. One of the primary bartenders who was always very nice and helpful has been fired and the new faces walking around are as clueless as is possible. Not rude, but just indifferent and service is weak. Like I said, sad. The way they have it now too is that you cannot just walk into the bar area. You must have the host seat you.Usually the place is busy with golfers but yesterday it was a ghost town. Others must be becoming as disgruntled as I am.By comparison - Quail Creek Grill is light years ahead in every category. Food, service, everything. Fifteen bucks for a salad the size of a coffee cup at Coyote! Nope! Not me, and if you're smart not you either.

Great food, great service, and a great location. And the view is kind of breathtaking, but you have to come to see it.

The food here is consistently good plus the servers are extremely nice and fun. This is mine and friends go to place, we go here several times a week. We always make reservations as it is usually booked and busy.

Food was wonderful. We enjoyed the patio in the early evening, heaters were provided later when it cooled. Younger servers were mediocre.

Just nothing special about the place. Limited menu with nothing outstanding on it. Had the pork piccata and chicken Marsala. Pork was tough and chewy. Chicken was flavorless. Both meals came with same sides. Bland mashed potatoes and raw green beans. Ambiance was basic, not what one would expect from a golf resort. Maybe we should have stuck with hamburgers but wanted something more substantial. Will dine elsewhere in the future.
