While they have a fantastic range of furniture options on the floor, they also have additional options in their tremendous catalog selection.With the help and guidance of their knowledgeable team, we were able to find just what I was looking for at a more than reasonable price point.The lead time from ordering to delivery was relatively short considering it was a custom order and delivery to my locale outside of Tucson was seamless.The overall experience from their professional assistance in choosing which options suited my needs including the finish to match my decor, quality of product received and timelines from ordering to delivery have been nothing short of outstanding.What a pleasure it was to deal with CHF and I look forward to my next purchase.Thank you!

Found this furniture store while driving down Broadway. The outside isn't much to look at, but I was desperate to find the perfect 70-inch round dining table that wasn't made from fake wood, so I was no one to judge from the outside parking lot! Afterall, I had been to every other furniture store from Tucson to Gilbert, AZ and scoured online stores, too; I can name them all! People, I was on a serious treasure hunt!! First time I stopped by was on a Sunday and they were closed. I peeked in the windows and I could spy with my little eye what looked like some solid wood furniture albeit a little too "country" for my taste, but still, I could tell they were solid pieces! Intrigued, I returned during normal business hours. I met Justin, a very friendly, and helpful young man who was very patient with my Qs. Where is this made? What types of wood? Can this chair be painted black? What's the weight bearing limit on these dining chairs? What kind of guarantee does the manufacturer give for the craftsmanship? He stopped me dead in my tracks when he replied, "Guarantee? It's a Generational Guarantee. This furniture is made to last for generations." GENERATIONAL? OMG!! Yes, sign me up! I choose every little detail of my dining table and chairs. To the table top, base, to the very tip on top of the back of the chairs. This furniture is custom made by lovely Amish folks and my furniture came from Ohio, the good 'ol USA! Stop by, look around and if you're ready to invest in a beautiful piece of furniture that is made by hardworking American hands, this is your place. They can make just about anything. Preben, the owner, is also a very friendly and kind individual. I will definitely be back to buy more items. Warning: Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is this furniture. I waited 8 mos. for my beautiful one-of-a-kind dining table and chairs. Overjoyed!

Lots of great authentic western and southwestern decor/furniture. Helpful staff, but I usually prefer to be left alone while browsing until I have a question and/or want to purchase something.

If you are looking for a one of a kind piece or unique furniture this is the place.We ordered a Hickory dining set made by Amish craftsmen. It was custom made with plenty of "Personality" in the wood. The chairs are exceptionally comfortable and don't poke you in the back when seated.Previn, the owner, was helpful in selecting design and size. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to cowboy decor.We couldn't be happier. Go see Previn!!!!

Two years ago we purchased a sofa and chair from this store. We had looked at their furniture several months earlier at their previous store and were impressed by the owner and the quality. When they moved we had returned after deciding to get a sofa and chair to replace our sectional. We met with the owner and his stepson and learned that he was retiring. After looking at their furniture selection we decided on a style and proceeded. During our contacts we had been told that the manufacturer was in California and had been doing business with them for many years. The stepson took our order, which including the proper pieces for the chaise sofa, which he couldn't seem to figure out until I pointed them out. We received the furniture several weeks later and used it for less than two years before determining it was of such poor quality that we have to replace it. When the store was contacted we learned the owner had retired and further more that our furniture came from a different manufacturer that they had stopped doing business with near to when our order was placed. The stepson advised that they could do nothing to resolve the issue and I would have to deal with the manufacturer. I pointed out that I didn't do business with the manufacturer but with them based on the reputation of the owner and the quality seen and represented to us. I asked for a full refund on the furniture and received no reply. The furniture has been donated to charity and we are out several thousand$$$ and ended up buying the quality we thought we were getting from Bakers. It was also interesting that according to the paperwork there was a several week delay between receiving payment and the placing of the the order.FYI Also noted that the picture associated with "Preben the owner" in one of the responses to a comment is actually that of the stepson Justin.

Country Home Furniture (CHF) offers beautifully crafted American made furniture, much from the Midwest Amish. CHF sells a few upholstery pieces (sectional/sofas/chairs) by special/custom order from a manufacturer in California. Warning - if purchasing a special order, take great caution to get ALL the details and dimensions in writing. After several days of sofa shopping, we ended up on a very comfortable sectional at CHF. Sales Manager Justin assured us he could custom order the equivalent in a sofa. We ordered 2 for our Tucson home. Our 9-month experience with Justin at CHF was frustrating and expensive! Including a reorder and an upcharge of $380. Our sofas are well made, and so far, we love the fabric. But the sofas are NOT equivalent dimensions in seat depth and comfort of the showroom piece. The seat depth is 3 inches greater causing our feet to not land on the floor. (We are 5'7" and 6' tall.) Our receipt states a special order of 2 "Madbra" sofas, we believe the mistake was made when Justin misinterpreted the showroom sectional to be the equivalent Madbra sofa on their diagram. After researching the manufacturer's website, the dimensions we expected are available, but not labeled Madbra. Justin is professional and experienced, but our biggest and most costly mistake was trusting him to write up the special order correctly. We now regret not micro-managing and requiring ALL the dimensions in writing on the receipt. In the end, Justin was not willing to reorder again and offered a 20% discount.

Just received our new bedroom set. Loved our experience with Country Home Furniture and the customization you can do. If you are looking for quality furniture, look no further.

A friend referred me to this store in December 2021 as a source of quality furniture. I am so glad I visited. I found bedroom furniture that will have a great life in my home. I am waiting patiently for the Indiana craftspeople to build it. I referred a friend to the store last month and received a handwritten thank-you note from Justin. I referred my new primary care doctor to the store last week. I hope she visits. Then I can build on my Country Home Furniture thank-you note collection. The people at Pottery Barn ignored me when I checked out their furniture. The team at Country Home Furniture treated me like a valued customer. What a difference.

I did not get the table exactly how I wanted it! They talk about custom jobs but can only do it on certain pieces of furniture. I wanted the vintage look on a elder wood farmhouse table and he said he could do it. But it when we got it, it was not what we wanted. I should have known better because he kept pushing the pine wood which we did not want. I am stuck with a $1500 table that I do not want.
