Coronado's Mexican Food

I really want to give them 5 stars, however the service is inconsistent. There are times where its very attentive and others where you feel like you're somehow a burden to them. The ambiance is very comfortable and light. The food is where they shine and why I keep going back. In a word, its their machaca. I'm no expert on their tasty meat, however I would say I love it and look forward to it each time we go.

This was my Family's favorite go to for fast food Mexican on the east side for the last two years. Unfortunately in the last 3 months they have gone down hill fast on their food quality. Their rolled tacos were some of the best we had ever had, however recently they haven't tasted as good, and the cheese is never melted. Nor is the cheese melted in the CHEESE enchiladas. I have witnessed them microwaving EVERY order IN the styrofoam 3 times now. Don't waste your money here.INSTEAD go across Kolb and get food from El Brunch - literally the BEST chorizo breakfast burrito we've ever had. Their nachos are also amazing!

We came here at 10:30pm to order through the drive thru and the person was RUDE! We said our order and he repeated it back no cheese. I said no cheese, I have allergy. And said order in Spanish. He then asked if we can go to the window. Right before we went to the window on the intercom he said "creén chingón". We went to the window and told him weren't going to order because we heard him. He said fine angrily. Then stood out the window to watch our car go right next door to the Popeyes. I will not ever go here.

Went to a local brewery down the street and the food truck scheduled was a no show. Spotted Coronado's on our drive home so decided to give it a try. Their menu is huge! Service was fast and friendly. I had no clue what to get. My husband quickly decided on the California burrito . The chili relleno burrito caught my eye. It had a big chili filled with melted cheese, surrounded by pico and quac. It was real good for the first 3/4, then I honestly got tired of having that much chili in each bite. There's so much more on the menu so guess I better start figuring out what to try next.

Friendly service and decent food. Will be back to try some other items. Love that they have a drive thru.

I like this place, the people are nice and the food is good. I do think it has changed a bit over the last year but I would imagine that it is hard to find help when a lot of people like working remote.

The food is solid. Definitely good enough to connect the dots for eating your way through Tucson Mexican food yet but a destination spot. I've walked up and it's very clean inside and employees are friendly and professional. Primarily Set up for drive thru. however, outdoor seating is an option. There's a giant lot for parking.

Amazing adobada burritos!!!! They're huge and delicious!!!!! Beans are good too!! We've been going here for years, they're close, changed hands a few times, but I think they're the best they've ever been!!

Literally do not go here. Pieces of shit spat in my food!! Then smiled and laughed when I said something about it. I will be doing everything in my power to be getting them shut down!! Extremely rude and unprofessional..they are even rude when your ordering

I ordered the shredded beef burrito with peppers and tomato. Very tender shredded beef and very tasty with the peppers & tomatoes. Service was friendly and prompt. We ordered for four people and waited a reasonable amount of time. Thumbs up!!
