Despite being out of state, he went above and beyond to coordinate shipping and make the process seamless. His expertise and customer service skills are top-notch. My beloved 1994 Cannondale F500 has been in storage for a couple of years and went to ride it, but the shifters were gummed up, brake pads have hardened up, etc - ugh. I've known Ryan since 2009 and now that he fired up his store it was time to give him some business. Turned out he was not at the shop but everyone there were warm, friendly and helpful!I made an appointment for a tune up. My Cannondale feels like it has a new LX group installed on it, not a cleaned, oiled and tuned LX?!?! What cycle black magic has happened?!?!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have helped me out in a pinch, done amazing tune ups, and always make sure I'm safe riding around Tucson. From the team taking care of you in the front to the folks fixing the bikes, everyone could not be nicer or more helpful. I'm sure there are other nice bike shops in this city, but I'll never find out.

This is an easy five-star review to write. Nicely laid out shop with a great selection of bikes. In several visits, I didn't meet a single person that didn't show knowledge and a true love of cycling. After a few conversations, and riding a few bikes, Ryan ordered me a new SJ with GX AXS. Carbon rims. Fair price, and lots of grins. A week later his crew put the same drivetrain on my wife's Santa Cruz TB. Again, at a fair price with lots of smiles. We have definitely found the (MTB) bike shop for our needs.

Great place! The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I was looking around for a new mountain bike, and they helped me get set up with what I was looking for. They didn't pressure me too much, and made sure I went with something that I would be happy with.

Spent a lot of time in here talking with these guys about numerous bikes, gear, wheels, tires and all the likes. All are super help and nice.

LOVE THESE GUYS! I needed work on my Orbea E-bike. They were easy to work with, reasonable, and did an excellent job. I will make them my regular stop now. Kudos to Nick who worked on my bike!

I stop by this shop when I am visiting from San Diego. People here are knowledgable, helpful, polite, and inventory is good. It's one of my favorite bike shops anywhere. Whether it's thecowner or one of his employees, everyone who works here has always been great to me. I highly recommend buying from this shop, and may travel here from San Diego to buy a bike when the time comes.

Popped into this LBS on a visit to Tucson. I met and chatted with the owner, who took the time to answer questions on some new rubber and what local trails would be a good intro to the local terrain. They stock high end bikes and equipment and a complement of parts and equipment. A beautiful shop, friendly people, and immaculate shop area.
