I have sadly had to go to these places for over 10 years now and although I am new to this one I have to put it in the middle of the chart. They have a lot of weird policies and such that you wouldn't think of and have blood tests is a nightmare. That said they aren't as bad as some other mental Health Facilities I have gone to, And they are far from the best. You can expect to wait for your appointments until after the time. And I waited 2 hours for a blood draw.

**Thank you, CHELSEA TRULOCK !** She is, by far, the most outstanding Recovery Coach (caseworker) at Craycroft Integrated Care Clinic ("Cope on Craycroft"). JUST WOW! Chelsea looks like she's still 18 -- gorgeous blue-eyed blonde -- yet commands herself as if she's well into her 30's. Her outgoing voicemail reflects her calm demeanor as well as her professionalism. Lovely ladies JOCELYN, MONIQUE and SHAY at the front desk, as well as SARAH in pharmacy and CHRISTINA RODRIGUEZ upstairs are all familiar with my case. **My case is extremely complicated.** When Chelsea and I first discussed it by phone, she understood immediately. I have been WRONGFULLY incarcerated into a mental facility (Sonora) not once but TWICE last year! First time, a ring of 3 thieves -- two men & a woman -- swapped out the V6 in my beautiful pristine Dodge Grand Caravan. One of the thieves even admitted it to me viciously saying, "I stole your ENGINE!" I checked the engine. Yup. All dirty on the V6 part on top! Not my V6. Then the female made 3 bogus 911 calls after I mistakenly told her I knew about the crime, saying I was waving a baseball bat!?!? (I don't even own one.) And Sonora Havasu wing has a quack for a doctor! Dr. "S." African born & educated in England (high British accent) couldn't even spell "Neura" (study of the brain), asking me on 3 separate occasions how to spell it. Third time I ignored her. Just wow. The fake doc gave me 7(!) different diagnoses -- not even possible! They cancel each other out. My father in Heaven (#1 in his med school class) taught me a lot about mental illnesses, and rightfully said I didn't have any when I asked him as a youth. My mother (Valedictorian of her high school) also taught me about many wrongful incarcerations she witnessed in her long and righteous career as a police officer with Chicago-Detroit-LAPD. Said the departments were "filthy" & wanted to "clean it up." Mom got accepted to USC Law School when I was a kid, but got sidetracked heading up the PTA, Girl Scouts, etc. I'm also well-educated, U of A Class of '97, Magna cum Laude B.A. in Finance. Later that year, my alcoholic ex-boyfriend lost my housing, the SECOND time I was at Sonora (why I'm still on COT). Neighbor heard him yelling, called police, who took ME(!) as I was simply outside getting some air away from his drunken antics. Me? I rarely drink, I've never done any drugs ever, and I've NEVER been violent, EVER. (*Bogus police report to steal my car as I harmlessly fell asleep in it at a supermarket parking lot waiting for a friend -- a racket to send my valuable car to the tow yard, no doubt for kickbacks or to buy it at auction later... 5 filthy dishonest police.) I explained to Chelsea in our first convo & she understood immediately. MS. CHELSEA TRULOCK could run a company -- CEO material! Thank you again for managing the "poor doctor." I'm guessing Dr. Dieb means well as the last time it went so great! At the end of February's meeting, Chelsea witnessed Dr. Dieb as he said jovially, "Well, you're NO DANGER to self or others!!" I replied happily & honestly, "Of course I'm not. Thank you, Doctor!" I even let him voluntarily test my blood the month before as he asked if he could regarding drug use. I said sure. I have nothing to hide. Again, I've never done any drugs ever, nor have I ever been violent. Tests came back negative. On Wednesday, Dr. Dieb was a NIGHTMARE! He FORGOT about my transfer, he FORGOT about the Zoom appointment -- at the end before we hung up, he says frantically to Chelsea, "WHAT'S GOING ON??" Wow. He needs more sleep, or at least to review his notes before each patient. Unreal. Thank you, God, for CHELSEA TRULOCK! She has been a most diligent caseworker, and has been my WITNESS in meetings with the doc! If it were not for Chelsea, I would not have housing now, and all my progress with the doctor would have been LOST like his memory! Thank you Cope on Craycroft! Outstanding staff! Thank you all, especially CHELSEA TRULOCK!
